Beautiful Biarritz Ocean View Loft Apartment-Steps from the Ocean!

  The apartment was very comfortable, with an extraordinary view of the ocean and easy walking distance to downtown. Also very short distance to airport and train station. The agent for the apartment was very helpful. He even took me to the train station so I did not have to get a taxi! The fire place was very useful as we had a couple of days of bad weather with a manificent view of the stormy ocean. It was lvoely to lie in front of the fire, watch the angry wind, read out books, drink wine and munch on brie and crackers. The weather after that was perfect. Had a great time with shopping , eating lunch overlooking the ocean at the Palais Royal Hotel and trying the many tapas places. . I will be making a reservaiton soon to return next year as we were only able to explore a very small portion of the many beautiful sites during our one week stay. I have already recommended this property to all my friends.

  We traveled to the apartment from Paris with our niece as a college graduation gift. Malia was wonderful to work with from the beginning questions to finishing up our trip. We had a very heartbreaking last day and she went above and beyond to insure it was made as easy as possible. The apartment was immaculate, large and open. The loft room upstairs was perfect for the young adults and the location amazing. A quick walk to the market and all of downtown with gorgeous beaches and so much to do. We would love to return to Biarritz and hope to be lucky enough to stay at the apartment again.

  My husband and I spent a week in this apartment and LOVED it. The location can't be beat, across from the beach, short walk into Biarritz, easy to get in and out of town and amazing sunsets every night! We rented a car and had no problem parking on the street. The market that is usually quite close has temporarily moved while they renovate but it was easy to drive to. The market was so incredible that we spent most evenings cooking in with a nice bottle of wine. The kitchen had everything we needed including a rice cooker. The apartment has a lot of charm with vaulted ceiings and the wood beams, comfortable beds, sofas etc. I worked while we were there and the internet service was great. Ate at a lovely bistro, Le Pimp Pi, the night we did go out - highly recommend this...Wished we could've stayed longer. We will back!

  My family and I had a wonderful stay in this great apartment! The views are amazing! Initially we were hoping for some outdoor space, but we didn't miss it because of the expansive views of the ocean out the windows. The location is ideal for heading to the beach, downtown, local restaurants and running along the water with some bonus stairs. The apartment was well stocked, particularly with kitchen items, and very clean. We have two little girls, three and one, we put the three year old upstairs and the one year old in her playpen in the little storage nook. Both of these spaces are open to the living room and kitchen, but it worked out fine for us. The owner was very communicative during and after our stay and was prompt in answering our questions. Everyone we dealt with during this transaction was helpful and courteous. Thank you.

  Our family wishes to sincerely thank you for allowing us to share in your little part of heaven! Your property manager was very prompt in greeting us when we arrived, and equally accommodating the night before we left. Your pictures on the website are beautiful but can't begin to convey its true beauty and warmth - as well as the spaciousness of your property. After a busy day of sight-seeing and enjoying the magnificence of all that southern France has to offer, we would end the day not by saying "let's go back to the apartment", but rather "let's head home". We were so glad the apartment had 3 windows facing front because it allowed each of us to pick a window and gaze at the amazing view each and everyday. While we took hundreds of pictures there is no way to capture what we actually saw and felt during our time there. Your apartment was perfect for our needs and I don't think in all of Biarritz we could have found a more warm, welcoming place to stay. Lastly, Malia - you are wonderful "long distance" hostess. You made sure all our questions were answered and were patient and prompt in responding to our needs. If there were 10 stars to rate your apartment we would give it that plus a few more.

  This rental is perfectly located above the famous Cote des Basques. You are close enough to walk to the market and tourist areas, but far enough away to feel like you might actually live there. The apartment itself is very nice and well-styled, also well-maintained. Beds are comfy, kitchen fully equipped, and the internet is fast. The rental manager is super nice and the lady next door is really sweet, even if you don't understand a word she says (I don't speak French). We had no problems with the paperwork. The owner handles the details before you rent and she is also very nice and accommodating. Rumor has it that she might be a decent surfer. You have an amazing view of the surf from the breakfast nook...picture yourself in the morning watching the sets roll-in with a cup of coffee and a baguette. The break itself is probably the softest wave I have ever been on. Even when way overhead, it is very weak, which is actually great if you are a beginner. It is a very safe wave. Experienced surfers should bring more foam than they are used to... a lot of foam... or plan on walking to the next bay, it has a little more punch. My wife, myself, and my sister with her boyfriend stayed here together and we LOVED it. We've all lived on the beach before and know what to expect. I don't think there is a better place to stay in Biarritz...period. We'll be visiting again soon!

  My husband, my daughter and I stayed for a week in this wonderful apartment. We didn't want to leave! The location was amazing - a beautiful view of the ocean and close enough to walk to everything. We didn't want to leave and can't wait to go back.

I would like to let you know that we thoroughly enjoyed staying at your property in Biarritz. The ocean view and the cross-breezes that flowed through the apartment were spectacular and soul-soothing. Your little alcove room was my favourite location to sip a glass of wine and watch the waves crashing towards shore. The location was perfect for us - just outside the town centre but close enough to walk to shopping, the market and restaurants. There were four of us with two guests for a few nights and not once did we feel crowded. The two futons in the loft and the main bedroom amply provided for our needs. The linens were clean and fresh and the open concept great room was truly inviting after a day's exploring. We never ran out of hot water and the large tub was great for a relaxing soak. Lots of room in the kitchen to prepare a large meal or just sit around and talk. The pictures of your property can't really show the actual scale of the apartment which is a lovely restored heritage residence; not too fussy, just perfect.   My parents and I recently rented this apartment, and we were very happy with the entire experience. The positives: - owner and property manager were very responsive and helpful (we arrived early in the morning the property manager was there to meet us), - place has all the comforts of home (kitchen, WiFi, etc.) plus a wonderful view of the ocean. - good location, with nearby grocery stores, across the street from the stairs down to Cote des Basques, and a nice walk do "downtown" Biarritz. The negatives: - For three people the price was a little high, esp w/ the cleaning cost, but if you have two couples (or even three, if two don't mind being very cosy in the loft together) the price would be far better than a hotel. - There was scaffolding on the back, and the painters working on the building had full view into the apartment when they were there. (There are no curtains or blinds.) Not a big deal and only a temporary issue, but would have been nice to know ahead of time. Overall, we were impressed and I would definitely go back if we have two (or maybe three) couples. Thanks!

High season in Biarritz can be very busy as well as costly, however our prices remain incredibly reasonable and competitive compared to hotels in the area, especially with our great location, the amazing ocean view, the spaciousness of the apartment as well as full amenities such as Wi-fi and in house washer/dryer which provide the comforts of home while you enjoy being away from home.
