In the back yard there is a nice pool and patio area. Going up to the second floor there is the Master Suite with balcony, King size bed and full bathroom with separated shower and jetted tub. The 3rd bedroom on the 2nd story features queen size bed and full bath. On the 3rd story is plenty of room for the kids. This room features futons, a sleeper sofa, love seat and huge sunning deck with table and chairs. Not to mention the Gulf Views.
