Situated on an exclusive development in davenport only minutes away from Interstate 4, our beautiful 4 bedroom, three bathroom villa with heated pool backs onto orange groves and golf courses are nearby. Located on a gated community, the villa is quiet and safe. Built 2.5 years ago our home is well equipped and furnished to a high standard for a relaxing family holiday. The pool area is fully screened and includes patio furniture and a BBQ. The pool faces South West so gets the sun until about 6.30 p.m.
All rooms in the house are equipped with air conditioning/heating and cable TV is also provided together with VCR and DVD. Sleeping 8 there are two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, two twin bedrooms and a house bathroom. There is a full kitchen equipped with everything you could possibly need.

balance due 8 weeks before your departure date.
A $165 refundable breakages deposit required, returned within 2 weeks of departure
following a satisfactory inspection of the property.
