The condominium is absolutely beautiful. It is located in one of the best buildings in the North End and on the most popular street. This penthouse unit gets lots of light and has a huge, amazing roof deck with views of the Boston skyline and the water. Everything is at your fingertips: the Waterfront, Faneuil Hall, Freedom Trail, Charlestown Navy Yard, Fleet Center and financial district, all within a 5-10 minute walk, no more.
The train station is less than a 9 minute walk. For being located on the most popular street in the North End, the condominium is very quiet as it is located in the back of the building. Also, the building is located on the residential end of Hanover Street, a 1 minute walk to all the restaurants and across the street from the water.
The kitchen is fully applianced with everything you will need to cook up a storm. Enjoy the granite countertops in the kitchen. Feel free to bring your dinner up to the roof deck while you enjoy the beautiful city and water views!
The condominium has beautiful exposed brick in the kitchen as well as in the bedroom. The condominium has lots of closet space and is decorated beautifully with curtains that pool on the floor. In the bedroom there is a flat screen TV for times that you don't want to watch TV in the living room. The bathroom has a new granite counttop with beautiful bathroom cabinetry.

Gorgeous Condo in the Heart of Historic North End & Waterfront

Why the Owner Chose Boston
The train station is less than a 9 minute walk from the condominium and the airport is no more than a 6 minute cab ride. The location is fabulous and why I bought in the North End â?? the condominium is across the street from the water and steps away from the most fabulous restaurants, bars, wine and bakeries in Boston. Everhing is at your fingertips: the Waterfront, Faneuil Hall, Freedom Trail, Charlestown Navy Yard, and the Fleet Center, all within a 5-10 minute walk, no more. Even though the condominium is so close to many popular destinations in Boston you may just find yourself in awe of the North End and relaxing in the North End and Waterfront. Some of my favorite restaurants are: Strega (2 min. walk), Prezza (5 min. walk), Taranta (7 min. walk) and Dolce Vita (6 min. walk). If you like seafood, please try Neptune Oyster (8 min. walk). Also, please be sure to go on the Harbor walk in the mornings or at sunset, it’s my favorite thing to do; just cross the street and you’re at the waterfront where you can find more restaurants, lounges, and bars.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The condominium has a huge, amazing roof deck with views of the Boston skyline and the water. Enjoy dinner on the roof deck, one of my favorite things to do. The condominium has granite countertops, stainless steel dishwasher and sink and a beautiful granite breakfast bar. The condominium is a penthouse unit located on the top floor and is very sunny. Some of the amenities include: Central AC, a washer/dryer in the bathroom, hardwood floors throughout, a large amount of closet space and granite countertop in the bathroom and kitchen. Lights in the living area and bedroom are on dimmers.

I have lived in the historic North End of Boston since 2001. I felt so at home that I bought a condominium there in 2005 and have been living there ever since. The North End is a wonderful, safe, neighborhood. The location is fabulous - across the street from the water and steps away from the most fabulous restaurants, bars, wine and bakeries in Boston. I rented this apartment in the heart of the North End from Charrissa and the place is amazing! The location, which is directly on the most famous street in the area, and accommodations are incredible! On the same street as all of the best Italian restaurants and bakery shops, the apartment is conveniently located to shopping and food. The interior is beautiful and wonderfully appointed. Great, first rate appliances and an absolutely amazing roof deck with incredible water and city views. Last but not least, Charrissa is the BEST landlord you could ever encounter. She is kind, understanding and completely respectful of your time and privacy. She truly is the type of person we all hope to deal with when renting an apartment. I mean this sincerely and will more than gladly speak to anyone who is thinking about renting.

I stayed in this rental for 4 months and it was like a home away from home. Comfortable, beautiful, and an amazing location! Walking distance to everything including the best 24 hour bakery in the world! Owner is very friendly and accommodating. Great for long or short term stay and owner understands how to work with employees of the film industry which is a huge plus! I would highly recommend this apartment and if I end up working in Boston again I would love to stay there again.
