We have converted our house into a vacation rental in the summer of 2009. We also own a home in the moutains of Austria and are primarily living in Europe.The location of our Villa is ideal, central to all activities. We have thoroughly enoyed this convenience an yet maintained a very private, peaceful and relaxing lifesyle.

My wife and I have lived in this house for the last 12 years and were in the restaurant and catering business. We used our home for mostly corporate events as a luxury venue for upscale dinner and cocktail parties. We have enjoyed the privacy of this property with an easy access to the beaches and shopping.

The villa is located very high on the island, so the views of the Charlotte Amalie harbor are incredible - definitely worth the travel up the narrow, quite steep, and winding roads. The location is very private, peaceful and secluded. The home is spacious, comfortable, beautifully decorated, and well kept. Plenty of outside space to enjoy. Only a 5 minute drive to the beach at Frenchman's Bay. We were met at the airport by the property manager, Ronnie, who was most patient as we endured a horrible time with our auto reservations at Budget Rent A Car. There were a few times it was necessary to contact the property manager and he and the owner's son, Ryan, responded promptly. Our stay was very relaxing. Would recommend this property.

Our family with our four grown kids stayed at Villa Sunset over Thanksgiving. This villa is a beautiful secluded hideaway just moments from Charlotte Amalie. Overlooking the town with majestic views of the harbor and nearby Water & Hassle Islands, you will have panoramic blue carribean mornings and spectacular sunsets. We enjoyed sittling on the upper patio and watching night fall and the town start to twinkle. It is a well maintained property that gives you the feeling of having your own little slice of heaven. Beautifully decorated & clean, we found plenty of towels, linens & the necessaries to make our stay comfortable. It was very nice to have a washer and dryer. The lower level was air-conditioned, making humid nights much more comfortable, and the upper level had great air flow for island breezes. From the first contact with the owner, to pick-up at the airport, advice on getting around the island and help getting our rental car, all the way through to feedback after our stay, we were very happy with our experience. Much better than a "hotel" experience. We will definitely stay there again!

Our visit to the Virgin Islands was enhanced 10 fold by staying in this beautiful residence. The views from the home are breathtaking and so romantic, especially in the evening! It is our understanding that many formal parties have been held here, and we now know why, just amazing. We are planning to return ti re-new our vows next summer, and we will stay here! Thanks for making our vacation a most memorable one!
