Walking distance to the Port Charlotte Beach Complex which has multiple activities. Charlotte Harbor was voted one of the best boating & fishing areas in the country!

The house is open concept and tiled throughout. It has an oversized (heated) pool in a screened in lanai area overlooking the waterway. We do have an orange tree so you can squeeze your own juice in the morning! Lawn & Pool service is provided! Fully equipped kitchen and all the necessities of home. We also offer beach chairs, fishing pole and pool toys for your pleasure!

Year Purchased: 2003
My husband & I purchased this home for a vacation spot for us and our children. We love to vacation here! There is something for each of us to do. My kids love splashing in the pool when we are not taking our day trips to various areas. We do boat and love to go out in the Bay and to the Gulf of Mexico. We always have sightings of Manatees & Dolphins! The fishing is great right off our dock! Many times we have caught our supper!
Why the Owner Chose Port Charlotte
This was our vacation home as well when we lived in Maine. We love the location because of the proximity to many attractions. The house is located on a quite dead end street, but yet you are minutes to so many places!
The Unique Benefits of this House
We enjoy the quiet residential neighborhood. We are so close to many attractions. It is a great location. The house is comfortable and has all the necessities of home. We enjoy water activities and boating as well as shopping! There are always community events taking place, including craft fairs and farmers markets. If you like sports, you can always grab tickets to spring season baseball games that are taking place at the remodeled Sports Complex nearby. Bring your bikes and explore the area. There is something for everyone available in this area.
