Our condo is ideally located with the best view of the atoll, Molikini and Kaho'olawe. In the winter, there isn't a better place to see the humpback whales and their babies. They come close to shore for birthing. There is always trade winds blowing to ensure a pleasant climate, even in the summertime.
We pride ourselves on having an A+ condo, featuring a king sized bed. We only allow 1 couple per stay. Our furniture is comfortable with reclining sofa and chair.
We have free internet service. All you need is your own laptop to stay in touch with friends and family. We also, have free long distance phone service to the mainland and Canada.

Year Purchased: 1994
My wife, Kathy, and I retired to Maui about 9 years ago. Only last year we purchased our own home very close to Sugar Beach Resort. Before then, we lived at Sugar Beach Resort. We still spend time there, visiting with friends and enjoying the beach front.
Why the Owner Chose Sugar Beach
We chose Sugar Beach Resort after visiting other properties on vacation while windsurfing. We found Sugar Beach Resort to be perfect for my sport, now kite boarding and my wife's sport, tennis. Our tennis courts are under construction right now, but there are lovely courts in Wailea, 10 minutes away. My wife is also Queen of her own chapter of the Red Hat Society.

You will find everything that you need, while at Sugar Beach Resort. We have a General Store, Sandwich Shop with full bar, putting green, pool and hot tub, not to mention the sauna. We are close to all the fun spots, such as miniature golf, Aquarium, and golf courses. Everything you need is right here!
