We offer a comfortable stay in elegant and spacious apartment, where at the end of a hard day visiting the sights of Venice, one can completely relax in the peace and quiet of the surroundings.
The apartment is composed of one double bedroom, one single bedroom, living room with sofabed, separate kitchen and bathroom, all the windows have the canal view.
For anyone visiting Venice, the location offers guests the possibility of seeing both the major monuments and museums situated in the centre, while allowing them to discover a little of the ‘real’, non-tourist Venice, as it is on the fringe of 'Castello', an area populated mostly by venetian families. It is only in this way, that guests can begin to understand the life, history and traditions of the city and the reason why it still continues to exist today as a unique reality, as it has down through the centuries.
For those who enjoy sport, one can leave the residence in the calm of the morning, on a jogging itinerary towards the Riva degli Schiavioni, looking out onto the lagoon, and run as far as the gardens of San Elena where one can take in the fresh air and greenery.
The islands of Burano and Murano in the northern part of the lagoon offer a chance to experience a romantic atmosphere where there are still traces of the sea air.
The apartment is bright and sunny as the palazzo is spacious and looks out at the front onto Canal San Antonin.
From the windows you can watch the boats passing up and down the canal ...or indeed fall in love with the breathtaking panoramic view of the roofs and bell towers of Venice.

The interior of the apartment has been carefully researched and restored using only quality materials to create the ideal atmosphere for guests; real wood floors giving warmth and beauty are fundamental, walls are finished in a specialty white Venetian plaster finish and to give added elegance the doors are a white lacquered finish.
The apartment is furnished, either with bright and colorful modern designer furniture, or with precious antique furniture, to give a romantic classical look.
The fully equipped kitchens and bathrooms range from essential white to warm tones of blue evoking a soft nostalgic look.

You can arrive from Airport, car park or Train station in less than 10 minutes direct to the apartment with water taxi. In alternative, the water bus station San Zaccaria (San Marco Square) is 5 minutes by foot from the apartment.
