Harbor Island condo description
Harbor Island is a beautiful part of the South Carolina coast. It is South Carolina at its finest. It is nature at its best. There is a two and one-half mile beach, and is growing every year. There is plenty to do. Hunting Island State Park is next door with a Lighthouse and Fishing pier. They also have hiking and biking trails.
Historical Beaufort is nearby which has tours and shopping, with many restaurants. Charleston, Hilton Head, and Savannah, Georgia make nice day trips.
Harbor Island is a gated area. Security is there 24-7. Our condominium is first floor (not too many steps). You can see the pool and the walk over the dunes to the beach (not too far). In the other direction, there is a tennis and beach clubhouse which has a fitness center, ice cream, shop, and another pool that you are welcome to use.

My husband and I stayed here for a nice get away just the two of us. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. We have been coming to Harbor Island many years now and this place by far has been the nicest. We are planning to come back in Aug. this year and staying in the same condo and bring the kids.

Great place for a long weekend
Great place for a long weekend
My husband and I stayed here for Memorial Day weekend and absolutely loved Harbor Island. The condo is extremely clean and well taken care of. It's not overlooking the beach, but it's a very short walk. Even the condos that look out at the beach aren't on the beach - the walkway over the dunes on this part of the island is pretty long. The golf cart was a nice touch, and we drove it all around the island (which doesn't take very long!) Overall, a nice, very clean place on Harbor Island. We'd stay here again.
