We looked all over the Phoenix area when we began our search and settled on Tempe and Signature Place Condominiums. We loved how close it was to everything; Scottsdale, shopping, dining, GOLFING! We also loved all the amenities it had to offer; it's like staying at a resort!
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
We loved the huge pool, barbeque area and fire pit, lite tenis court, just to name a few of the great amenities. The condo is newly upgraded with plush carpeting, granite and upgraded faucets. We loved all the windows and the view from the patio.

Henri and I bought our first vacation home in Fiji, when we went their on our honeymoon. Being from Northern, Ontario, Canada we loved the heat, the ocean, the lush tropical flora but most of all the people. Over the last 3 years we have shared our piece of paradise with people from all over the world. It's been great to meet so many different people.
