We both enjoyed our time at this property: its location was excellent for our purposes, the condo was clean and well-stocked with the necessities; the condo management was helpful when we needed them. The only quibbles we have are the following: we wish the dining room table had been a little larger (when we had two couples over for dinner, it was not easy; a $25 wireless router from Fry's would have made it possible for the two of us to use our lap tops at the same time and would have eliminated the long wire. So these are minor compared to the positives we encountered.

Owner response:Henri and I just spent a few days at the condo in April and did add wireless to make it easier for our guests. As this is a one bedroom condo the table is really only meant for a max of 4 people. Good thing we had extra chairs and a table on the patio to fit 6 :-) adale

This condo is top notch. It is clean, modern, spacious, and set up with everything you need for a comfortable stay - including high speed internet. The shopping and entertainment options in Tempe are close by, and there is quick access to the freeways and airport. We will be back!

Relaxing stay

I stayed here with my wife for the Arizona Ironman Event. We enjoyed the quality furniture, kitchen and amenities of the condo. It was just as described, no surprises. Close to ASU campus and the nightlife of Main street. I was focused on the event, but enjoyed the condo very much! I have used VRBO many times, and this condo further supports my confidence in VRBO!

Arizona Retreat

I rented this condo for two weeks the end of November. It has a great location, beautiful grounds ,very clean and the owners are very willing to meet all your needs. The availability of kitchen essentials was a hug plus. Would defifnitely stay here again.

November Stay in Phoenix

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at your apartment in Phoenix. It was perfectly situated for what I wanted to do (golf) and, with the exception of spotty internet availability I found the unit met all my needs. Loved having the washer and dryer on site and loved the quietness of staying at an apartment complex vs. a resort. The only complaint (and I use the word loosely) was that I had to walk over to the pool to be able to get a wifi connection. If there was one thing I would add to the apartment it would be a dedicated wifi. But other than that .. it was perfect. The owners were wonderful to work with and I would, without a doubt, rent it again!

Owner response:Donna Your wish is my command! Thanks for the review. Until October we were able to access the complex wifi from the condo. Once we realized we couldn't any longer we had internet access added to the condo. It was installed in December. It's ready for your next visit. :-) Adale

A beautiful secluded property with a first class pool and spa, minutes away from nice restaurants, shopping, golf, etc..The owners keep this condo clean and modern--a great choice!

I stayed at the AZ Retreat for several weeks. The whole experience was pleasant. The booking was handled with complete professionalism from beginning to end. It is clean, comfortable, and very safe and secure. It was equipped with everything that was needful. The location is so nice. Close to all freeways, airport, and nice shopping and restaurants. I would recommend it!

Spent 1 week here while my wife attended a conference at a nearby resort. Overall the stay was outstanding. Plenty of room for 2 adults, full kitchen, nice bath, laundry. The property said it didn't have internet but a neighbor must b/c we had great connection all week. Property is fairly new condition, the neighborhood was safe and quiet. About a 20 minute drive to Scottsdale, and many things to do nearby the condo itself. Thanks for a pleasant stay, we'd stay here again.

My husband and I spent the month of March at this condo, and found it included all the amenities of home. Arizona is a place I would definately revisit, and would not hesitate to book this accomadations again. the convience is great, with shopping, golf and resturants close by. The onsite facilities included 2 great pools and a great gym facilities, plus more.

Ironman 2010 Rental

Great place! Highly recommend it! Clean, quiet, comfortable, well equipped. Used it for Ironman. Took about 15 minutes to get to the expo; close enough to get to the IM events, but far enough away to avoid the crowds and nervous energy. Giant in-unit laundry room with plenty of space for at least two bikes and all assorted tri stuff. Great experience! Would use VRBO and any other rental properties owned by these owners again.

My husband and I stayed here for a romantic getaway! It was that and so much more! The condo is perfectly layed out and very clean. It was so comfortable that some days my husband and I just relaxed there! The only thing you need when you stay here is food and personal hygiene. The pool, hot tub, bike trail, club house, fitness center, steam room, tanning bed, locker room, business center and office are right at your door. All of the amenities were GREAT! My husband and I used all of them at least once. Also in a very convenient location; everything we needed was no more than 5 minutes away. Things like Walmart, Dollar Tree, McDonald's, Wendy's, Taco Bell, AppleBee's, Red Robin, Pizz Hut and many other places. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR COUPLES looking to get away! THANK YOU AGAIN ADALE!!!! =)
