All contracts are monthly but may be adjusted for less occupancy in that month. Rates are monthly contracts with adjustments for weekly occupancy.

Why the Owner Chose Plantation Key
We love owning a piece of Paradise at Executive Bay Club mainly because it is one of the only communities that has a private beach in your backyard. You can swim or snorkel right from the property. We can see beautiful parrot fish, just as if you were on a glass bottom boat. We have also seen a mother manatee and her calf swimming under our tiki hut!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We love owning here because we are a hop, skip and a jump to the fishing boats, shopping,swimming with the dophins at Theater of the Sea, Key West, restaurants, and Founders Park.
"Amazing," "breathtaking" and "impressive" are words we often hear from first-time visitors to the end of our dock. What they're referring to is the school of 50 to 100 tarpon that come here daily and linger for hours. Occasionally, a tarpon actually rises up from the water in a powerful flash of silver and green to meet the fish as it leaves your hand. It's a sight to behold! Maybe the "Silver Kings" just come here to see the humans, but toss a baitfish among them and the water churns as these monsters and the resident pelicans vie for the snack, causing quite a spectacle.
Theater of the Sea is an educational and entertaining marine animal park where performances are up close and personal. At Theater of the Sea you can swim with dolphins, sea lions, and stingrays in their natural salt water lagoons through our interactive swim programs. http://www.theaterofthesea.com/

Rich and Judy are married and have two children ages 16 and 21. We have 3 little dogs, Roxy, Chica and Chloe. We own a Real Estate company in New York and travel to the Keys every chance we get. We have been owners in EBC since 1993 and love it there. We are 1.5 hrs from Miami and South Beach and maybe 2 hrs from Key West. We have it all right in EBC.

This rental by far was one of the best rentals we have stayed at. The location and the house were perfect! The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The snorkeling was amazing from the rental! I think that Islamorada is one of the best areas of the keys and seems much more quiet. We would definitely love to come back. We enjoyed snorkeling, driving all along the keys, swimming at the pool, sight seeing, seeing manatees, sharks, iguanas, and even the scorpian we found in our bedroom at 2:00am! Thank you for a wonderful vacation and letting our family live in paradise for two weeks ;) We will miss you Islamorada!!!

LOVED IT! The pictures do not do this property justice! The home is very large and everything you can imagine has been supplied. I have 3 teenagers and they all had a wonderful time. We snorkeled, kayaked, hung out at the pool and just relaxed. The location is perfect and close to everything we wanted to do. Founder's Park is next door and allowed me to continue my runs. The first morning we were there, a very large iguana was hanging out on the back screen door. It was beautiful and unexpected. If you get a chance to stay here, take it! The owners are amazing and helpful...so glad we stayed here.

We had a great time at this vacation paradise. The unit was spacious, clean, very nice and a perfect location next to the pool and right by the beach. The most well equipped kitchen in a vacation rental I have ever seen. The pool, community center and complex in general was beautiful and well maintained. Loved the little beach area typical of the keys and we enjoyed snorkeling around the lighthouse.

What a wonderful place to relax! Didn't do all of the activities available because we were too busy relaxing at the pool and the beach. The condo is everything you see in the pictures and more. Very close to the pool and the beach - also close to many excellent restaurants and shops. A great value. I highly recommend it!

It was a little colder than expected the first week of December, but we had a great time just the same. Plenty of shopping, Key West,and great restuarants made the vacation great. Thanks. The condo was very clean and decorated nicely.

Brought the family for Presidents Week with the family. Enjoyed Robbies and feeding the Tarpons! The kids loved all of the pelicans and fish. Restaurants were casual and great for the whole family. Thanks for the hospitalitiy.

Enjoyed your comfortable condo. Accomodations were great, but the best part was the tennis courts. Played everyday without ever waiting for a court, with no extra fees! Pool was fabulous and the beach was even better. Thanks so much.

Best vacation I ever had! Brought the children to Theater of the Sea and all six of us swam with the Dolphins for one hour. Everything on the island is casual, so it was great to bring the whole family. See you next year!
