We welcome you to visit our cozy one bedroom condo located in Dillon, Colorado. With majestic mountain views, relaxing atmosphere and just a few minutes away from some of the best entertainment Colorado has to offer.
The unit has a Queen Bed (and toddler bed) in the bedroom and a double futon in the living room. One full bathroom. The spacious open kitchen is fully equipped and has a refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Use the convenient breakfast bar and barstools, dine at the kitchen table or enjoy the sunset out on the balcony. The living room is bright and has great sun exposure from the west. Enjoy the ambiance by the wood burning stove. Step out on the balcony and enjoy the views of the majestic mountain ranges.
This unit is located in Dillon Valley East, close the the Outlet Malls and Silverthorne Rec Center. It is close to all of Summit County's ski resorts, Loveland Ski Area (10 mins), Breckenridge (15 mins), Keystone (5 mins), and Copper Mountain (10 mins). There is a free shuttle stop about 1 block away with service to skiing, shopping and a host of other fun family activities. The clubhouse (2 minute walk) has a swimming pool, hot tub and sauna.
