COME CHECK OUT OUR CONDO!! If you like looking out your window and seeing the ocean, this unit is exactly what you are looking for! The unit has a king size bed in the bedroom. Bunk beds and a queen size sleeper sofa are also available. This unit is located on the 5th floor making it an easy walk up the stairs or a short ride on the elevator. The balcony overlooks the beach and pool area. Your children will love the kiddie pools and the playground (which is located on the beach). World famous clubs, Spinnaker and LaVela are also located close by.
Everything you need for a great time is located at The Summit. There is a restaurant, 2 pools, 2 kiddie pools, tiki bar, sauna, exercise room, hot tubs, ATM, gift shop, etc. on site. The view is spectular with sunsets you will never forget.

Why the Owner Chose The Summit
After spending several summer vacations at The Summit, we decided to purchase a unit. Our family has always loved going to the beach. We would like to offer our unit for rental so your family can also enjoy being at the beach. We love The Summit because of the proximity to so many activities and places. The amenities are fabulous. You can spend your entire vacation at this resort and have everything you need.

We are school teachers and enjoy going to the beach to get away. Panama City Beach is one of our favorite places to get away but at times we will venture to the mountains.

Husband and I spent an extended weekend and enjoyed the condo--clean and cozy, like home! Amenities were everywhere and we especially enjoyed the balcony views from inside the condo and the porch as well as the beach--we saw dolphins swim by two days in a row and enjoyed the shells and water. What a great getaway, great price, great location, great amenities and a clean and comfortable room and stay! We will definitely return to this condo again and again!! Listing, pictures and owner accurate and helpful! Great for families, girls get away, couples, for all!

Our stay in this unit was extremely comfortable! The unit was sparkling clean and better than the pictures. The kitchen was very well stocked with cooking utensils and dishes and there were more than abundant linens. The owners were accommodating and friendly. If there had been any problems (which there were not) they offered to fix things immediately. The location of the unit is an advantage for sitting on the balcony and viewing the Gulf, the pools and the beautiful beach and property landscaping. The staff at The Summit are all friendly and eager to be helpful. I would certainly recommend this property to everyone. There are many, many restaurants and activities around to keep visitors interested. Love Panama City Beach and the Summit!
