Huntington Beach, also known as: "Surf City, USA" is celebrating its Centennial this year and has been ranked as one of the safest cities in the United States. People combine business and pleasure and bring the family to enjoy all of the amenities that our beachside community and the surrounding area have to offer. The city's mild climate is ideal year round.
We are located in a private gated community just south of the Bolsa Chica Wetlands and within a two minute walk to the Pacific Ocean. Enjoy swimming, surfing, walking on the beach, riding bikes on the boardwalk or having a bonfire and watching a spectacular sunset.
Our home is located 20 minutes from John Wayne Airport and is just 50 minutes from LAX Airport. We are 35 minutes away from Disneyland and California Adventure, Downtown Disney, Knotts Berry Farm, Wax Museum and Midevil Times. Just 60 minutes from Hollywood, Universal Studios and Beverly Hillsand the LA Zoo. We are 90 minutes away from San Diego- Zoo, Sea World, Wild Animal Park and Legoland.
This spacious beach home is 2100 square feet and features 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, living room, family room, formal dining room, fully equipped kitchen with eating area. All Bedrooms have Cable TV. Private patio with BBQ ,table and chairs for outdoor dining. You will also have access to our beautiful gated community pool.
