Our deluxe townhouse was totally renovated in 2007 by an award winning Rosemary Beach architect. It is an end unit with high ceilings and upgrades galore. The spacious living room accesses the outdoor deck overlooking the Links golf course and Choctawhatchee Bay. The living room has a large flat screen TV. The new modern kitchen has granite counters, new appliances, and a separate dining area. The floors are updated with granite tile. Upstairs is the master bedroom with a king-size bed, walk-in closet and large bath. The second bedroom and bath is downstairs with a queen bed and TV. The townhouse has an upstairs den that was redesigned as a loft which has 2 double beds with a sofa and flat screen TV, a great area to put the children. The townhouse overlooks the 7th T box and lake of the Links Golf Course. Beyond the golf course is an unobstructed view of the Bay. This is a NON-SMOKING unit. You will enjoy the breathtaking view on the outdoor deck / pier as the sun sets on the bay.
Additionally featured is a back yard with outdoor tables, chairs on a private dock and an outdoor grill. We also provide two coaster bicycles for riding miles of paved streets and trails of the resort.

Our upscale, beautifully decorated home, is located in a very nice neighborhood in the Resort. An exclusive, highly secure and fantastic vacation spot! You will enjoy extensive landscaping, w/lush flowers, trees and Florida Key West type architecture. This sets the tone for our property, and all near the neighborhood pool where one may fish from our pond, just bring your own pole, no license is needed. Swim, picnic, relax and enjoy. It is just a very short drive to the beach or village, with ample parking. There is even a grocery, clothing and restaurants nearby Grand Boulevard Mall attached to the resort. Now we haven't even mentioned our beach yet! The Emerald Coast, known for it’s clear emerald green water, is on the western panhandle of Florida that has the famed “Sugar Beach,” so called because the nearly pure white super fine silica sand which has the consistency of sugar. These super refined crumbs of the Appalachian Mountains that have been washed down from the mountains for thousands of years now cover the beaches of the Emerald Coast are around 97% pure quartz. This sand is unique in that it is so soft and fine that it will squeak under your feet. Little wonder that it is considered one of the finest beaches in the world! Western Florida boasts over 300 sunny days per year. Water temps are high 80's in the summer and low 70's to mid 60’s in winter. The Sandestin resort is a 2400 acre gated community with miles of bicycle trails, including a tunnel under the highway which takes you directly to the beach. The resort has 4 golf courses, miles of white sand beaches, tennis, pools, marina, spa, children’s activities, fishing in the bay or in the many area lakes throughout the resort, and the outlet mall shopping is 5 minutes from the resort. There are plenty of fabulous restaurants located in the resort on the bay and beach side.

The Unique Benefits of this Town House
I enjoy the biking and kayaking. The San Destin resort also a pier to fish for redfish. BayTowne Wharf design reminds me of New Orleans where you walk around the streets to the restaurants. It has wonderful restaurants and fun activities scheduled each week.
