COMPLIMENTARY SET OF SUMMIT BEACH CHAIRS, CUSHIONS, AND UMBRELLA SET UP DAILY INCLUDED WITH OUR CONDO. The complimentary set of Summit beach chairs, cushions, and umbrella, which would cost $25 per day from the beach rental service, is included with our condo. CHAIRS WILL BE SET UP DAILY IN SEASON (APRIL TO OCTOBER). Summer rentals (May 26 to August 4) are weekly only (Saturday to Saturday), and all other periods are daily and weekly with a 3 day minimum. The Summit Resort will charge a $35 registration fee during spring break, and a $15 registration fee for all other periods which is due upon arrival.
Located next door to Spinakers and Club La Vela so you can party without driving. Right across the road to Hammerhead Freds Bar & Grill and Mello Mushroom for dining without driving.
This beautiful gulf front condo located on the 8th floor and east side of building, overlooks the white sandy beaches and ocean from the private tile balcony. The view is beautiful especially at sun set. The unit is above the two large outside hot tubs.
The unit has tile through out and carpet in the bedroom, and includes a washer / dryer combination, a complete kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, stove, and kitchen utensils. The bedroom has a king size bed, dresser, two night stands with lamps, and television. We have a television with VHS & DVD player in the living room, and a queen sleeper sofa, love seat, and dining table with chairs. The twin bunks are tucked back off the hall way area, which makes the unit available to sleep 6 people. All your linens are provided in the unit. Wi Fi is available in our unit.
Our unit is a non-smoking unit and no pets are allowed at The Summit Resort. You must be 21 years old to register at The Summit Resort. There is no linen exchange during your stay.
Our Cancellation policy: No damage / security deposit refund if canceled less than 1 month prior to arrival and 1/2 deposit refund if canceled less than 2 months prior to arrival. Full refund of security deposit if cancellation is more than 2 months prior to arrival. We will let you use your deposit toward another booking that is available.

Why the Owner Chose The Summit
We visit Panama City every year to scuba dive and deep sea fish and really like this area for its natural beauty. We chose The Summit because of its natural beauty with the grounds in front of the condominium. Most of the other Condo's we looked at had either concrete or wood decks between the condominium and the beach, but The Summit grounds are grass, flowers, shrubs, and palm trees and is very beautiful.

A great place to relax and enjoy life at its best, walk on the beach, lay in our complimentary beach chairs, swim in either pool, take a dip in the hot tubs, get your favorite drink at the tiki bar, and eat lunch or dinner at the restaurant. All of this on the same property that you are staying.

This is the third time we have stayed at The Summit, twice with this owner. Everything was exactly as described. We like the location of this condo, close to elevator, but no noise, east side of building, overlooks hot tubs and grounds (quiet). The condo was clean and well stocked. The beach chairs and umbrella are a great bonus. This owner is extremely easy to work with and very timely with information. If you don't want to drive, Hammerhead Freds is just across the street (try the gumbo). I would highly recommend this condo to a friend.

We had a great vacation. The condo was nicely decorated and clean. The owner was easy to work with and quick on any needed repairs. I highly recommend this unit.

Loved the fact the chairs were included in the (reasonable) price not many offer this. 2 great huge pools with Tiki bar and grill. Also the condo is close to the elevator and trash bin. Very nice condo huge king bed. We look forward to staying here again next year

We enjoyed our stay ...we did not have to go pick up items for the kitchen as we usually have to because everything you need is there fully stocked pots and pans lots of glasses and bowls etc....the room is the best 1 bedroom we have stayed in at the summit and we look forward to going again soon. The owners are easy to work with and are very helpful and have a condo that is very clean . If you want some great seafood try Boon Docks...also try Schooners its great for lunch or dinner and for a great steak go to Angelo's and also try Lady Anderson. Again I would like to thank the owners.
