Year Purchased: 1930
I grew up around the world, "Air Force brat", but have spent most of my adult life in California. I am a real estate professional, licensed in both California and Arizona. Prior to real estate, I have held Executive Positions in the Entertainment, Sports, and Retail industries. This location was so appropriate when I worked at Disney and Warner Bros. I enjoy walks and one of the best amenities is walking (up the hill, and then down) to the Lake (reservoir) and taking in it's natural beauty. The Hollywood Sign is in full view.
Why the Owner Chose Hollywood
I have been a resident of this neighborhood since 1996. I love the unique architect of each home, the hills, and the tree lined streets. It's truly neighborly. I know all my neighbors and we all take pride in it's history and beauty. It's LOCATION is awesome if you are in love with Hollywood, as I am. Everything is nearby, within about 15 minutes. I purchased my second property, this one that you are considering, about 7 years ago.
The Unique Benefits of this Duplex
The best benefit is it's LOCATION! And the other great thing is it's size. . .it's approx. 2000s.f., the size of an average house. The Spanish details throughout are so inspiring and just dripping with charm. It's fun to be around it. It's very comfortable, cozy, and equipped with all your basic needs.
