  Wow, what a treat this was for me and my family! Stayed here for the Memorial Day weekend, while a group of our friends chose to stay at the Renaissance Esmeralda. By the end of their stay they were all complaining of overcrowding around the pool, lack of beach chairs, etc while we had our best stay in Palm Springs, ever. This house has an amazing floor plan and the indoor/outdoor experience centered around the well maintained pool and backyard doesn't get much better. Perfect for a relaxing and fun vacay for parents and kids alike. Highest Recommendation! Also, Mason and Maryline were excellent to work with and communication with them was great. Needless to say, we will definitely be back!!

  My friends and I stayed here during Coachella and found the house to be much better than anticipated - the pictures don't do it justice! The whole place is well decorated and the rooms are much larger than they look in the pictures. The pool and garden are very well maintained and peaceful. Everything you need is provided here. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to return next time we are in Palm Springs. Thank you, Mason!

  My high school girlfriends (we are in our 50's) and I stayed her last year. We loved it so much we are going back again. There were 5 of us and it was perfect in every way. The owner is so easy to work with and professional. As soon as we started talking about this year's girls get-away, all of us said "let's go back to Palm Springs and stay at that great house"!!!

  My partner and i met up with my parents and aunt and uncle for 4 days in this great home. We were greeted by the beautiful house manager marilyn who showed us around and gave us a basic tour and answered our questions. The house is a good size with open concept living and the whole place flows together nicely. The pool was the centerpiece of course; every evening we'd bob around in the pool after a few bottles of wine. Downtown and grocery stores were nearby however we stocked up at the local farmers market which had amazing produce, breads and cheeses! we all loved this house and will certainly be back!

  We stayed 3 nights with adult children and dog. Everyone enjoyed the stay. Good location. Really enjoyed Whitewater Preserve for hiking with dog. House is walking distance to dog park also.

  My family and I just stayed here for four nights over Christmas and we all loved the place. It is much bigger than the pictures look. Everything works fantastic and the pool heat is well worth it. We swam the day before Christmas and it was really warm. Cooking Christmas dinner in this gourmet kitchen was a treat. This home is really set up well with lots of outdoor space for the dogs and the kids. All the beds are really comfortable, and the towels are thick and fluffy. Thank you Mason and Maryline for making this such a pleasant vacation rental. We want to come back for Spring Break.

  We had a fabulous week at 220 Morsun Circle. The property is located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood with quick and easy access to downtown. The house is bigger than it looks in the photos and was very comfortable for our group of 4 adults and 2 young children. The property was clean and well-maintained, with lots of outdoor space for bbqs, outside play, and pooltime. All our questions were answered quickly and kindly by the owners and their housekeeper. We will recommend this property to our friends and hope to get back there ourselves as well.

  The house and pool are gorgeous and calming, and the bedrooms were spectacularly clean. I would recommend this house to any of my friends. Two of them, in fact, are hoping to book it this winter!

  The owners description says it all; this property is as advertised. We were in town with another couple and wanted a blend of staying in and hitting the town. I can tell you that it was hard to "hit the town" when enjoying the relaxing privacy of the property. Highlights: Modern meets mid-century decor provides Palm Springs charm, floor-to-ceiling windows in the family room give both natural light and a view of the pool, which again adds character, the kitchen is gorgeous, and shuffle board in the back yard was a fun element. The owner and property manager are both very very nice, which always makes you feel better about handing over a large amount money up front in an age of so many scams! We would stay here again. Thank you for a great weekend!

  My sister and I planned this weekend vacation for our mom's birthday. We had a great time at this house, we brought my sisters 3 kids ages 7,9 and 12 and all 3 were thoroughly entertained. The house was big enough for us to spread out but cozy enough for us to all cuddle together to watch movies. Thank you to the owners and the property manager for making all of the rental logistics clear and easy. We can't wait to come back to Palm Springs and this house.
