Our condo is all in one floor so you don't have to climb any stairs except one from the garage to the house. As you come in you are taken by the incredible view of Banderas Bay. We have a view from every bedroom as well as the master bathroom. Just a block or two below us there is a Church with two towers and of course it's bells ringing. There is a park in front of the church where very often they have something special going on.
We have a balcony where we spend most of the time enjoying the view of the ocean and the cruise ships that come almost every day, and the everyday life of the people from the town. We only have to go down a couple of streets to get to the Malecon and have access to all kinds of restaurants, services, buses, etc.
No matter what time of the year you come, there is always something going on in this great Mexican port.

We live in Northern California and we love to go to Mexico, we enjoy the weather, the relaxing atmosphere, the ocean air, but most of all the wonderful people and their food. When we retired, we went to visit some friends that bought a condo in Puerto Vallarta and we immediately fell in love with the place and decided to buy this condo. We like the fact that it is in town so we can walk to almost everyplace and at the same time enjoy the view and the people that live around us.
Why the Owner Chose Downtown (Viejo Vallarta)
We are retired and love to explore new towns and places close by our condo, just in an hour or two you can drive to the mountains and experience a very different climate and views. In Puerto Vallarta we have everything we need to live a comfortable life, just like at home but with a very different pace.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
The condo has all the conveniences of home. Cable TV, Air conditioning, Internet, Swimming pool, Washer and dryer, garage, it is only 7 units so it is very quiet and feels like home. The floors and bathroom walls are marble and the kitchen counter and bathroom counters are granite. WE have a wonderful maid that will come whenever is needed.
