I bought and lived in this condo while building my home in captain cook. I now rent to friends and family and have just decided to open it up to guest. My husband used a wheelchair so the condo can accommodate a wheelchair and easy access to town.

Kailua -Kona offers a truly great experience of Hawaii. The town of Volcano (location of our active volcano) is an easy hour drive away. We have almost every climate on this island and great snorkeling and fishing. We are the home to the Iron man competition every year in October

My condo is located walking distance to Alii Drive. restaurants, beaches, shops. The complex it self has a wonderful pool. elevators and a barbecue area near the pool. Condo is located on top floor end unit so is very private. Condo was remodeled recently
