Our 5 star, two bedroom unit has been recently remodeled with warm Koa wood cabinetry, South African granite counter tops, updated furnishings and Hawaiian art. Discover the joy of ground floor living in our elegant home. Entering the living room, the wrap around view is of ocean, island, and lush landscaped vistas. The living room features a large sectional sofa with pull-out queen sleeper. The entertainment center includes Flat screen LCD TV, DVD/CD player, and MP3 hookup. Open the sliding doors to access the lanai with comfortable rattan furnishings perfect for lounging and candlelight dinning. Our beautifully remodeled kitchen has been fully appointed for the gourmet chef or family dinning.
The Master bedroom has a king bed. Louvered sliding doors open to the lanai and the sounds of the surf. The Master bathroom includes a granite vanity, tile tub and shower combination. The second bedroom is located at the opposite end of the unit for maximum privacy and can be configured as a king or two twin beds. It also includes a fully remodeled bathroom with shower/tub combination.
At no additional charge, our unit always includes: full maid service, fine linens, high speed internet, WI-FI, and HP printer. For your added comfort, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, and on site parking are also provided free of charge.

Why the Owner Chose Polo Beach Club
As the saying goes, location, location, location. Sun, surf, soft sand, Maui sunsets, and the privacy of Polo Beach really appeals to us. The solid construction and small size of Polo Beach Club along with its beach front location makes us feel like we are in our own private world. The ground floor, ocean view with direct access to beach, pool, and barbecues makes everything so easy. We can walk to great restaurants and shopping and Wailea's fantastic golf courses are nearby.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We love our ground floor unit as we never need to get in an elevator and when our grandchildren visit, they enjoy playing in the grass in front of our lanai. Eating outside on our Lanai is very peaceful and romantic. The snorkeling is great just outside our door. The warm water of Polo Beach is perfect for swimming, boogie boarding, tide pooling, and turtle watching. From November to March Whales breech and play just offshore.

We are John & Lucky Hemphill and live in Studio City, California. John has been in the International Travel and Golf business all his life and has visited more than 200 countries. Lucky is a retired Los Angeles Unified School Administrator. We have been married over 40 years. Polo Beach in Wailea is our favorite place in the world.

Renovations on the condo are just wonderful and it was as lovely as in the pictures. The kitchen is more spacious than other units we have stayed in but it would have been nice to have any "food extras" that people have left behind. ie spices, condiments, bottles of water, sealed frozen food, flour, sugar etc There should be a TV in the second bedroom but there was none leaving 4 kids to fight over the one in the living room. Just a note to families: there is carpet not tile in the living room so spills can be a concern but the unit was very clean and up to date. Make sure you have all of your pool keys when you check into your room. You will likely need all 4 and we only received 3 which was a bit inconvenient with everyone going in different directions all the time. We had a great time taking surf lessons, renting paddleboards and snorkel gear and body surfing @ Polo Beach right out the front door! The Wailea Ocean walk is a must do. We are a family of 16 so we had multiple units but this was probably the nicest one. We loved eating at our favorite restaurants again: Cheeseburger Island Style, Longhi's, Tommy Bahamas and Mulligans on the Blue. The Maui Ocean Centre is a must do!! The Lavender Farm is amazing too. We had no problems getting timely answers for all of our questions from the wonderful owners and we thank them very much for sharing their home with us. I would highly recommend this beautiful and convenient ground floor unit to any one but especially families since the kids are able to run on the grass and you are just steps from the pool and BBQ's. We will definitely be back!!

What a great vacation! This is our third chance to stay in PB 102, and it will not be our last. We like to cook and this kitchen is so well equipped it makes a romantic dinner or simple meal a snap to produce. Another nice thing about this unit is that it is not just a cookie-cutter rental, but a warm, family home with elegant furnishings and great style. The owners have thought of everything you could want or need. I remember thinking that, with such a great view of the ocean and being on the ground level, people would always be walking by. No way. It is situated on sort of a corner of the building and thus very private feeling with the BEST views. Our favorite ritual became the evening walk to the chaise lounges looking out to the water (only a few yards out the sliding doors). We would watch the amazing sunset then go grill our dinner on the outdoor built- in grill and then dine on the lanai as we listened to the gentle sound of the waves. It is paradise. We are already planning our next trip to Maui and PB 102.
