We are about 1.5 miles by water to Gainesville Marina for gas, supplies, and 'Scogies Restaurant', where you can tie up at the marina and walk to the home of the 'Got Grouper' capital of the world. The boat ramp is just around the corner, then tie up to our private 10 x 20' boat slip. Grill off the back deck and dine overlooking the water. Or you will love an early morning Breakfast in our 200 sq. ft. Florida Rm. nestled in the woods, that seats 4 or more comfortably. Starting to Relax!! Come join us ! We are in a quiet neighborhood. This 2 story, 2,000 sq. ft. house was built in the 60's, but has undergone extensive upgrades. The plan is very open, w/ vaulted T&G ceilings and beams throughout. Our home is a Short, Gentle walk to the waters edge. Get ready, this is not a 'back of the cove view', but a magnificent vista of the main lake, where you can see for miles.
Step One: Guest will be confirmed after a brief phone Interview with the owner. Then, a rental agreement will be sent. Please sign and return to Fax.
Step Two: Initial Deposit: Pay security deposit through the link on this Web Site. This will reserve you dates and serves as your Security Deposit.
Step Three: Rent Payment. Rental payment, see (seasonal chart), must be made '21 days' before before the reservation date.
