This luxury unit has been completely redone and is located on a quiet, expansive no-drive beach in exclusive Ponce Inlet. Breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean, beautiful beach and amazing pool area are available from the master bedroom, guest bedroom and the living area.
From the front lanai you will have a great view of the Intracoastal Waterway and amazing sunsets! The beach in the backyard is a non-drive beach which assures privacy, safety and fun for everyone!
There is cable TV in all of the rooms and complimentary wireless internet and a computer are included so you won't miss any of the amenities of home! The master bedroom has a king bed and the master bath has a large garden tub and is beautifully appointed.
The guest bedroom has 2 queen beds and the 3rd bedroom has a full size bunk bed with a pull out trundle bed. The sofa in the living area and the sofa in the front lanai both have pull out beds. The large laundry room in the unit includes a full size washer and dryer.
This property features 3 pools, hot tub, game room and workout facilities. There is underground parking as well as security on property. With so many activities available you will find you can do as much as you want or as little as you want here in this paradise!!

My husband and I live in the Orlando area and knew we had to purchase a condo in Ponce Inlet the first time we went there with some friends. It is so beautiful and quiet but close and convenient to everything. Our 3 boys love the beach and each time we are there we find new and exciting things to do! We know you will love this condo (we had it professionally decorated!) and the location is unbeatable! Most of our renters are repeat guests because they love it so much and I know you will too!!
