Come and enjoy lake and mountain views from Lake Berryessa's north shore. Inside the single level home you'll find 1 King and 2 Queen bedrooms with a double shower in the master, we provide the soap and shampoo, you bring the good times. You can enjoy that first cup of coffee and the lake view from the living room, dining room, family room, kitchen, barstool, or outside on the deck from one of the 2 umbrella covered tables.
The deck offers views, afternoon shade, lots of hummingbirds, orioles (early AM), and a chiminerea on the deck for those cool nights of star gazing. There's room to be together, or find a little private space....maybe in the hot tub with a view of the lake?
Cooks LOVE this house, the kitchen/dining room/family room area lets everyone be together without crowding. The stove is gas, the oven electric (with a convection option), 2 spacious refrigerators, a wine fridge, and plenty of storage for you, plus laundry & dishwasher soap.
There are books and board games to enjoy, as well as cards and poker chips for your use. The lake is beautiful any time of the year, and the holidays are very special. We decorate the entire house and circle the deck with lights, the tree is in the family room for everyone to enjoy. You're a 10 minute walk from the lake and miles away from the ordinary, come join us.

Year Purchased: 2004
We married in 1972, spent 15 years in Southern California and returned to the Bay area in 1987. We're both retired and enjoy our children and grandchildren (6) who all live locally. We love to travel and have enjoyed renting homes in various places in the world through VRBO, of course. We look forward to sharing a home we love with others.
Why the Owner Chose Berryessa Pines
We enjoy boating and fishing at the lake, we also own a small vineyard. This was an ideal location to combine both of those interests, an added benefit is this location which isn't crowded, easy to reach, and not too far away.
The Unique Benefits of this House
This is a lovely home that offers lake proximity and also peace and quiet. The area is an established neighborhood, yet it's a private. It's spacious, comfortable, and well appointed. There's lots of parking, and it's so easy to travel to. It's an ideal place to relax with friends or enjoy a celebration weekend.
