There are only 49 homes that actually are on Fort Lauderdale Beach, and this one is right in the center of them - you could not ask for a better location for your vacation in South Florida! The morning sunrise is directly in front of this house, it is absolutely gorgeous!
The Beach House has French Doors that open from the Kitchen and Living Room areas onto a Pool Terrace that faces the Ocean! The Heated Pool and Spa have three Waterfalls that create a soothing sound to relax by.
The Public Lifeguard tower is located directly in front of the house, for safe swimming at the beach. The Palms, Tropical Foliage and the Pool are beautifully illuminated at night.
There are three Bedrooms, all with King Size beds and Private marble bathrooms. There is an additional full bathroom off the hall on the first level. The two bedrooms on the second level have a mini-kitchen and dining area. There is also a sofa bed in each of the second level bedrooms and a balcony with lounge chairs overlooking the pool terrace and ocean!
For families with young children, we provide a beautiful baby crib/bassinette and high chair for your convenience!
The Living Room, Kitchen, and each Bedroom have an HDTV Flat Screen TV with expanded cable! There is also an Office Center with desk, chair, and direct access to the Internet. Complimentary wireless Internet is available throughout the first level of the house for your communication needs. Phone service is also provided.
