This fully renovated 'Pottery Barn style' home now features many luxury upgrades and amenities with all the cozy comforts of home. A fluid floor plan with many windows, vaulted ceilings and spacious rooms creates the perfect place to relax and unwind. All brand new carpet, porcelain tile, granite countertops, lighting and fans in each room, wood blinds, fresh paint, refinished cabinets, flat screen TVs and brand new furniture in every room were added to the home in June 2009.
A large glass door just off the kitchen opens to a nice covered patio, complete with plush outdoor seating, a brand new BBQ, and beautiful desert-scape. This space overlooks a sparkling, oversized pool (also remodeled June 2009), making it ideal for outdoor entertaining and enjoying the Arizona sun.
The immediate neighborhood is very quiet and private and well-established. The home's location is absolutely ideal for vacationers. Located right smack in the middle of Scottsdale, everything is within easy reach, including the best shopping, dining and golf Scottsdale has to offer, all just 5-10 minutes away! And even closer - a renowned Golf Course, many restaurants, fishing ponds and a beautiful recreation greenbelt are all walking distance from the home.

We fell in love with this community four years ago when we moved into a home just 1.5 miles away. The neighbors are so friendly, the greenbelt, golf course and stores just down the road are so convenient and the close freeway access is priceless. We love to renovate homes to help increase the overall value in our neighborhood and this was the perfect jewel to bring back to life...

This property is beautiful. Everything you want in a rental is there. From the granite kitchen, to the comfortable beds, to the pool, and great location. The owners have done a fabulous remodel. The house is so clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Our family is looking forward to next year when we can rent this same house again!! The listing was very accurate, The photo accurately reflect the rental's appearance and amenities. The property was spotless and in perfect working order. The owner was extremely helpful in answering our questions and concerns.

We booked this property on short notice for 5 days in May and very much enjoyed our brief stay. The home is nicely decorated with freshly updated paint and decor, spotlessly clean, fully equipped in the kitchen and bathrooms (even shampoo and conditioner!) and had some nice extras such as a pair of cruiser bikes to enjoy during our stay. Very comfortable beds and furnishings inside and out with plenty of room to spread out (there were three adults in our party). Just bring your toothbrush! The central location in McCormick Ranch is perfect for exploring - we climbed Camelback (10 minute drive), hiked the McDowell Mountains (20 minute drive) and rode bikes along the awesome bike trails north and south of the home through McCormick Ranch (on your doorstep - there are trail maps in the guestbook). The restaurant scene in downtown Scottsdale is just a short drive away. Kelley the owner was terrific to deal with - professional, communicative and made sure we had everything we needed. The only minor negative for us was the pool which has no heater - so as long as you don't mind that then you will love your stay! Thanks Kelley for everything.

We (3 adults) enjoyed our stay at this home for the entire month of March 2010. The photos/listing were very accurate and really don't do justice to how nice the house is, especially the back patio area where we relaxed, BBQ'ed, dined, and bird watched. Couldn't use the pool because weather was too cool, but just a minor disappointment. I'm a serious cook, so brought a few of my own "must have" kitchen gadgets, but the kitchen is well outfitted to prepare any meal. Linens were ample and spotless. Appliances are new and efficient. Property was very clean & we used the cleaning service which was reasonable in price and thorough. The owner is very professional and helpful. She greeted us upon our arrival and gave us an orientation to the house, disposal service, and other Scottsdale city guidelines (i.e. times for heavy electricity use). She also left a personally made guide book for the neighborhood groceries, parks, restaurants, clinics, etc. which we found quite useful being newcomers to Scottsdale.Would definitely stay here again & recommend to friends looking for quiet and comfort in centrally located McCormick Ranch. ~ 3 Colorado Rockies Fans

The owner Kelley was there to greet us and show us around. There were fresh cut tiger lillies flowers on the counter when we walked in. The pictures accurately reflected what the place looked like. The location was perfect and close to most everything. The property was very clean and well maintained. The house had everything we needed. It was fully stocked and even had some extra's. The towels were plush and the sheets were crisp. One of the best places we have stayed in on VRBO!! We will definitely be coming back to rent here or any other property that Kelley maintains.

We recently rented this property for the months of Jan. and Feb.., and had a great experience. Kelli was there to greet us when we arrived, and personally give us the keys, etc., and to show us through the house. The house was clean, nicely furnished and was stocked wih all the essentials we needed, to get us started. Kelli goes beyond what is expected in stocking every shower with soaps, shampoos, and even disposable razors! There was laundry soap, paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning products and much more! Having never rented a property before, I was pleasantly surprised, but thought all of those nice touches, might be "normal." Alas, after leaving Arizona we went to California to another rental property. While that house was very clean, it had none of the nice touches that the Arizona had and the difference is that the California property is a rental property that the owner views as a business. Kelli treats her property like you are visiting her home. I would definitely recommend it to anyone--the neighborhood is super quiet, and convenient to shopping and tons of restaurants. Kelli checked in with us frequently , to make sure everything was ok. I wish all properties had a Kelli managing them!

we truly enjoyed our month stay at this mcCormick ranch property. it was an ideal setup for my husband and 3 year old daughter. we could walk or ride bikes to most of the many attractions and great restaurants in the area. the home was beautifully appointed and quite spacious. the country kitchen was a delight to use. we especially appreciated the meticulous care provided by kelley. we have rented from numerous properties all over the world and have not been met with half the service provided by kelley and her team. we will definitely be returning............thank you!

My husband and I rented this home for 11 months and loved every moment spent here. The home is exceptionally clean, warm and well-appointed. We are very particular about our home environment and this property exceeded our expectations for a rental home. It had just been completely remodeled when we moved in, and it was evident that the owners paid attention to all the details! The kitchen has everything we needed and more. The central location is superb - just 10 minutes from downtown Scottsdale, Camelback Mountain, and even closer to lots of shops and restaurants. Best of all, it is just steps to the greenbelt which has miles and miles of walking/running/biking paths. All of the furnishings in the home are nearly brand new and not only do they look great, but even better, everything is so comfortable! One of the things my husband loved most is that the large flat-panel TV in the living room rotates so you can turn it to any angle you want for best viewing. I would definitely rent this home again.

We just returned from a wonderful week at this beautiful home. It looked exactly like the pictures on the website and was in a terrific location. The home was fully furnished and well stocked with everything you could possibly need. We had many places to walk for exercise and there were also some shopping areas nearby. As previous owners of a rental property this house exceeded our expectations. We hope a return visit is in our future.
