This two-bedroom, two-bath condo is the perfect vacation retreat. Located in Ft Myers Beach on the south side of the island, you are just steps from the beach or the golf course. This well-equipped, second floor unit has everything you and your guests could need. The master bedroom has a queen bed with full bath, the guest room has twin beds and another full bath, there is even a sleeper sofa to accomodate as many as six guests. From the comfortable livingroom, you can walk out to the screened lanai overlooking the golf course. There is a full kitchen and dining area, and a washer/dryer.
Island Sands is a small 30-unit association, with well-manicured grounds and a lovely pool. Every evening, residents and guests gather at the pool for fun and camaraderie. From Island Sands, you can take a trolley ride to Bonita Beach, or a ferry to Key West. Retirees will enjoy the quiet, while families can enjoy paragliding and jet skiing. Restaurants and shopping are within walking distance.
