Why the Owner Chose Oceanwalk
We just love New Smyrna Beach! It is a small town on an island and is beautiful. It is peaceful and relaxing but is also close to major cities such as Daytona and Orlando.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Oceanwalk has its own movie theater! It holds about nine or ten people. Just reserve the theater and take your DVD. You can pop popcorn in the theater (in the microwave) and enjoy your movie on a theater! Also ask the administrative office about ocean sports!

Our family is from West Virginia, but loves Florida! We have been going there twice a year since we had our first child. Now that the kids are older, they want to move there! They love the beach in New Smyrna and my son adores fishing! Since he's the only boy of four children, fishing gives him a chance to do "boy" things with his dad. All of the kids love surfing too. There is a great surf school on the beach each week during the summers. New Smyrna gives our family a chance to spend time together on the beach and eating at the great restaurants! We love this beach because it is a small island, peaceful and relaxing. But the kids also love that it's close to Disney and the Kennedy Space Center.

We had a great time at this condo. It was clean, well-maintained, and tastefully decorated. We had no problem communicating with the owners, as they were very accessible. Only complaints: there was a bit of a walk to the beach, and the activities (pool, shuffle board, tennis, etc.) close at 10:00 PM which always seemed a bit early. However, we were very pleased with our accommodations and would recommend them to any beach-goers that are looking at New Smyrna! Thanks for a great vacation!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
