The only 2 BR unit built at Santa Rosa Cove. With an extra wall of windows the great room and the kitchen are flooded with natural daylight. This premium unit has a spectacular southern view across the 10th fairway of the La Quinta Resort's famous Mountain Course to the Santa Rosa Mountains and is located on a quiet cul de sac in the estates section of Santa Rosa Cove. The amenities of the La Quinta Resort and Spa are only a 5 minute walk away. A pool and hot tub are 50 yards from the front door, and two other pools and hot tubs are nearby.
You'll find saltillo pavers and plantation shutters throughout. Everything is new for the 2011-12 season: designer furnishings, gas fireplace and grill, kitchen appliances and all the equipment you need to cook a gourmet meal (even a food processor). The master bedroom has a premium king bed, two large closets and an adjoining bath that features double sinks and a beautiful new tiled walk-in shower. The 2nd bedroom has a premium queen bed and an adjoining bath with double sinks, a full size tub and a new glass shower enclosure. If you need to use your laptop, the breakfast room has been thoughtfully redesigned as a home office with a view of the professionally landscaped front courtyard and the blue desert sky. La Quinta's charming Old Town, with its shops, restaurants and Sunday farmers' market, is an easy destination for a lovely walk or bike ride.
The tiled patio opens onto a huge greenbelt - a perfect spot to enjoy a glass of wine and watch the sun set behind the mountains. The owners love this desert hideaway gem, and you will, too.

Why the Owner Chose Santa Rosa Cove
We first came to the desert in 2004 to visit relatives who had just bought in Santa Rosa Cove. We stayed in a beautiful room at the La Quinta Resort, enjoyed a range of services at the La Quinta Spa, and spent hours walking around the hotel grounds and through Santa Rosa Cove. After 2 days we were hooked and started looking at real estate. It took us 2 years to find our beautiful, one-of-a-kind Santa Rosa Cove condominium - which we bought within a few hours of first seeing. Since 2006, another relative and several friends have also purchased in Santa Rosa Cove, and every one of our snow-bound friends from the midwest who has ever visited us has come back at least once for more.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We can walk or ride a bike to everything we need. After enjoying a nightcap at Morgan's at the La Quinta Resort or strolling around the quiet streets under the desert sky, looking at the stars and watching the moonlight play among the mountain peaks, followed sometimes by a dip in a deserted pool or hot tub, every day has a perfect ending, whether we've played golf, hit the tennis courts, shopped, read by the pool, hiked or cooked - especially with the abundant organic produce from the Sunday farmers' market in Old Town.
