Why the Owner Chose La Quinta Resort & Spa, Santa Rosa Cove
When we bought it, it was to provide us with more time in the vacation spot that we love. We live in the really cold weather and it feels so good to fly into the area with 75 degree weather and lots of sunshine. We also like golf and this is the Western home of golf. 128 courses in the area. It was also a good investment at the time we bought it.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
We are close to two great courses, the Mountain and the Dunes courses which are nestled around the La Quinta Resort and club. We enjoy all the activities at the hotel and visit many of the the wonderful dinner houses in La Quinta. Tennis is available right in our development.
