This attractive house was completely re-decorated internally and externally with extensive work carried out in May 2009. It offers superior flexibility in accommodation.
The first floor comprises One Master Queen bedroom with en-suite bath, shower and toilet, two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom together with a family bathroom. The main lounge great room and dining area together with a fully equipped kitchen and separate utility room complete the upstairs accommodation.
The ground floor comprises two double and one twin bedroom. One double has en-suite facilities and the remaining two rooms share a family bathroom. A lounge /dining area completes the ground floor accommodation.
The house can be rented as a 3 or 4 bedroom house by locking off the ground floor and one of the upstairs bedrooms. If renting as a 5, 6 or 7 bedroom house the ground floor is opened and one or more bedrooms are locked to meet the bedroom numbers required.
The pool and spa are heated by Solar panels and also gas heater. The gas is not included and is purchased from the local management agents. However, in our experience, the solar heating is more than adequate. Gas is only required in the rarest of times in December /January.

Why the Owner Chose New Port Richey
We chose New Port Richey as we felt it offered a more relaxed atmosphere to Central Florida and the Orlando area yet still being within easy reach of the 'Disney' theme park area. The beaches are clean and beautiful and the sunsets are to die for. We also love to eat out and the area provides a wide variety of restaurants to please all tastes. Seafood is especially good, as are the steaks etc....
The Unique Benefits at this House
With the waters edge being just at the bottom of the garden you can hire a boat and dock it at your own private boat dock. The water has easy access to the gulf of Mexico. If not used for tying a boat to the boat dock is excellent for fishing from or just to simply relax with a cold beer or glass of chilled wine. The spa is part of the pool and accommodates six to eight people with ease.

My wife Liz and I live on a farm in Devon in the U.K. We are semi retired though still really busy! Our Florida home was designed and built by us in May 1998. The yearning for a holiday home in Florida started in the early 1990's when, after numerous visits to Florida we realized that we didn’t tire of the place! – Each visit yielded more and more differing items of enjoyment. So, we bought a plot of land and built the house!
