  The condo was clean and very comfortable. There were 2 couples and a single adult and we had plenty of room. The 2 master bedrooms were extraordinary! The pool was truly a treat, the setting was beautiful. We rented bikes to get around and utilized the bike racks available in the complex. Donna was wonderful to deal with ad her recommendations for restaurants were great! WE had a perfect vacation!

  We stayed here with a group of 8 people, some couples and some singles, and absolutely loved it. It is extremely close to the beach and the pool was beautiful! I wish we had taken advantage of the pool there more. The condo itself is very spacious and comes equipped with everything you could think of or need. While a tad farther from the nightlife of Duvall, it's still a very quick (and very cheap) cab ride away. It is even more convenient to have a car there for your transportation needs, as there's also a free garage. A car is not a necessity though. We found Donna, the owner, to be very attentive to her guests' needs and only a quick email or call away if anything should arise. It was a pleasure dealing with her and the entire booking process from start to finish was nothing but pleasant and easy. We would definitely stay here again the next time we are down in Key West!

  The listing and photo's are accurate.Three large bedrooms and three bathrooms in quiet building. The location is removed from the tourist area of the island but is still only a leisurely 10-minute bike ride from the bottom of Duval Street.The pictures don't do the courtyard and pool area justice- beautiful.The large balcony faces a fairly busy street but gets morning sun and evening shade. The property is clean. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, utensils and everything you need to prepare meals at the apartment. Grills available in the courtyard. The owner is friendly and helpful and communicated as needed- much appreciated.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

  Huge space with vaulted ceiling in the living area. Plenty of room to hang out with the family. The king bed was very comfortable. If you are into games, there are several board games for a rainy day. The pool was warm (it was Feb.). We walked through the courtyard filled with greenery and Orchids to the hot tub. Truly a beautiful spot.

  There were four couples staying at this condo and we had a lot of room and were very comfortable. It was right next to the beach, but we lounged around the pool area all day. The facility is very clean and was finishing up a renovation project when we arrived. The owner is very responsive and attentive and does everything possible to make your stay wonderful. All the restaurants she recommended were fabulous. We will definitely return!

  First thing to say is that Donna, the owner, couldn't be more helpful and set up our stay perfectly. We visited three of the restaurants she kindly recommended (A&B Lobster House, Abondonzo's and Conch Republic - all great, my wife and I loved the Italian Food and great cocktails at Abondonzo's) The condo is as described and suited us well. We couldn't use the balcony at all during our stay due to building work but Donna wasn't fully aware of this so not her fault at all. Otherwise the condo is in a good location near the beach and the pool area and gardens are lovely. I would definitely recommend the condo to anyone.

  The condo is very spacious, well appointed and equipped with everything you could need. The courtyard area is a tropical paradise with numerous orchid plants growing in the trees. The owner, Donna, does everything to make your stay pleasant and carefree. Coffee and tropical sunrises on the balcony are memorable. We lived in Key West 50 years ago and we wanted to see how it had changed. The Navy was the main economic support then. A few small Navy installations remain, but tourism appears to be main support now. Although Key West is "laid back" now, life moved at a much slower pace then. The submarine base occupied the large basin downtown. Two large tenders and 24 diesel powered submarines made it their home port.. All the piers and support buildings are gone, replaced by condos and a few pleasure boat docks. Where the 1800 Atlantic condo is now was an open flat coral area. The Army/Air Force installed anti-missle batteries there during the Cuban missle crisis. Only the airport was on Atlantc Blvd east of the 1800 bulding. We hope to return again soon.

  Condo was huge and very comfortable for two couples and three kids. Two master bedrooms were very spacious and each has it's own bathroom and kids had their own hall bathroom. Pool area was fantastic. 5 min drive to everything and no trouble if finding parking, bring quarters. Owner was very helpful and accommodating. Jacuzzi tub/shower was nice but difficult to get in/ out if you were disabled or elderly. Some other points to consider when visiting key west, I thought a week was too long of a stay and definitely not for kids. Best for a few days with friends, lots of bars and music, restaurants. Although smathers beach was beautiful we did not use the beach because it was loaded with seaweed. too hot not to be able to go for a swim, if you love the beach, don't go to key west. Had a wonderful quiet lunch at Latitudes on sunset key, had a blast at sloppy joes and fun at schooner wharf bar!

  My family and I rented this condo for a wedding we were attending. The condo was beautiful and had plenty of room for our family with privacy for all. The accomodations were more than we could have asked for. Donna (the owner) was VERY helpful before and during our stay. She even sent us a list of resturaunts to visit. She was great. The owners of the complex were also very freindly and accomidating for any of our questions. The whole experiance was memorable. I would highly recommend this condo and the owner to anyone who is vacationing in the Keys Enjoy!! We did

  We loved this condo, inside and out! It was spacious as described, providing plenty of room for the six of us who stayed here. The two master bedrooms had enormous spa/showers. The complex was beautiful as well – with a beautiful botanical garden leading to the pool area with variety of orchids and lizards. We enjoyed lounging by the pool, overlooking the ocean. The location was perfect for a beach vacation, with the condo only steps from Smather’s Beach. It wasn’t too far to walk to Duval Street but far enough away to be relaxing. We did not rent a car while here, but found the taxis to be plentiful and easy to use. Donna was extremely helpful throughout the process – both providing fantastic recommendations for restaurants and things to do as well as answering all of questions. We will definitely return and would stay here again.

  The condo was great! Very roomy for 5 people and we all really enjoyed the balcony. The pool was awesome. The complex was very well maintained. The owner Donna was great to work with, she was very helpful and always answered all my questions honestly. We will return!

  A better Feburary getaway we couldn't have asked for. The condo was located in a perfect spot. Close enough to the beach and it's activities, a small general store for basic needs and far enough away from the hustle and bustle if that is not what you're in for. Checking in was a breeze and the room had everything we needed and more than enough room for 3 couples. Key West has so much to see, plenty of activities (loved the deep see fishing and kayaking) and quite a night life. Many great places to eat and the owner provided suggestions for both dining and activities prior to our arrival making it even easier. The island is a whole different world and thank you to the owners for allowing us to share in their slice of heaven. We're looking forward to our next trip back.

  Our family (3 adult couples) spent five days in June in Key West. This condo was everything I'd hoped it would be. Roomy and comfortable, we had plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare breakfast and lunches. Then we'd hit downtown for dinner! The condo complex has a gorgeous garden and pool area which we all enjoyed. They also provided a garage parking space for our rental car. The owner could not have been more helpful with the rental of this property. Donna sent me information ahead of our trip including a list of great restaurants and bars in Key West! She made the whole experience very stress free. This condo is casual and relaxing ....just like the rest of Key West!!

  The condo was really nice. The photos depict it well, but the bathrooms and patio are HUGE. The beach near the condo has sand and palm trees, the complex has a 20 person hot tub and a large pool with great landscaping. The owner was very accommodating with our one request.

  Overall the description of this property is adequate with a few exceptions. The balcony of this property faces a very busy street in Key West -- quite noisy. Secondly, the bathrooms are quite dated and show the wear. This applies to a few of the other features through out the condo as well. The condo is well located to enjoy the beach and many of the activities the island has to offer. We had a bit of a struggle checking in due to some miscommunication with the managing agency, not the owners doing, they were quick to fix the situation, and we were settled within a couple of hours. Owner took the time to call and check in and apologize for the mix up. Nice.

  A wonderful family and friends getaway, the 3 brm/3ba condo was plenty spacious for six people. We did not cook in; however, the full kitchen provided space for snacks, beverages and morning coffee. The pool is large and, even in the January weather, super for an afternoon break from the sun. The condo is walking distance from a couple of shops, pub and breakfast; a hearty walk (30 minutes) or inexpensive cab ride to Duvall Street.

  Recommended for: Families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

  3 couples spent 5 nights here and this condo far exceeded any of our expectations. A great place to stay during Fantasy Fest, (or any other time) mainly because it is close, but far enough away from the party atmosphere. A short and inexpensive cab ride to and from downtown. We will definately be back, and not soon enough. Thanks again Donna!

  A wonderful experience! Blue sky, sunshine, palm trees, exotic foliage, olympic size pool, jacuzzi, a beautifully maintained courtyard. If you want to sit privately at the Ocean, swim at Smathers Beach or take a long walk along the beach, it's all right outside your door. We, 3 couples, enjoyed the 3 BR 3 Bath this unit provided. The kitchen had everything we needed, the family room was very cozy and comfortable. The owner was gracious in answering our questions and directions were complete. We enjoyed our condo by day and Duvall street at night. I thought the Little White House tour was exceptional and others enjoyed Hemmingway's home. We kayaked from the Gulf to the Ocean and could have reached out and touched the manatee as they swam beside us.

  We came to Key West to celebrate our daughter's 21st birthday. The condo was perfect for our family and friends.The condo was spacious enough for our group of eight and everything we needed for a pleasant stay was provided. The pool was wonderful. Some of our group enjoyed snorkeling at the beach and everyone enjoyed the nightlife. We really enjoyed our stay.

  Even though we spent only 3 days in Key West, we had unforgettable vacation! The condo was much better than we expected. It was clean, with nice bedrooms and huge bathrooms with 2 jacuzzi. Very nice courtyard, that looks more like a botanical garden with large pool and whirlpool. Highly suggest to anybody!

  This was a wonderful condo. It was very comfortable with a well equiped kitchen. The condo grounds are very well kept, with a large pool and multiple charcoal grills. This condo is on the top floor with a nice, large balcony. You can see the ocean from the balcony, but it is streetside, so you can hear the cars/scooters going by. It is a great location near the ocean and a short cab ride to Duval. Would recommend it to anyone.

  This suited us well with a family of four along with grandparents. Plenty of space for 6 people. The description and photos are accurate and the location is very good and convenient for the whole of Key West. Property was clean on arrival and Donna was helpful in letting this for just a few nights, less than a whole week. Definitely would recommend this and would go back if I get the chance!

  A large of group of us, including a few foreign nationals, arrived there very late, but the security staff on site was very kind and helpful (as well as other nights). The condo and the views are marvelous. Everyone was impressed and absolutely loved everything about it. Some even took pictures for memories. You have got to check out the bathrooms! We will definitely come again and will advise our families and friends.

  The property was everything we had hoped for and more. The description is right on. From checking in to settling in, the experience was inviting. The property sits right on the ocean and offers and abundance of activities and sites. The tennis courts, pool, spa, and courtyard are professionally maintained. The condo is clean, MOVE IN READY, and STOCKED with pots, pans, soap, towels, linens, silver, great coffee maker, microwave, toaster, and for you those of you who cannot stay away from the outside world, wireless internet, tv's and cable. If you want to spend your vacation on a beach or laying in the sun, this is the place. All of the nightlife is a quick 5 minute car ride or $8-$10 cab ride away. There are an abundance of sandy public beaches within two blocks in each direction. We are all in our mid-twenties, however, the property caters to a wide range of ages and demographics.
