The Endless Summer is evocative of surfer shacks we've seen in our world-travels in search of the perfect wave. With a private brick patio, two bedrooms, and large kitchen/living area, Endless Summer is a perfect choice for two couples or a small family looking to spend some quality time together.

Moore Island Properties, LLC, was founded in 2000 by Sam Moore, a long-time Outer Banks builder/hotelier. Having had success in the hospitality industry with the Island Guest House on Roanoke Island, Sam decided to expand his company into an under served niche of the vacation rental business by offering attractive, intimate, and affordable vacation rentals on idyllic, romantic islands. As a builder, Sam personally brings to life his plans for these unique cottages, overseeing drafting, construction, and finishing. Comfort and luxury are his motto, and each MIP cottage features the finest amenities and furnishings available. Sam says, "We come from a family of custom home builders. I am the third generation and have always been taught to focus on detail. With this in mind, we apply this same approach in our lodging business." With the completion of two Roanoke Island cottages, and the addition of the Bahamas cottage, Moore Island Properties is well on its way to fulfilling Sam's vision of romantic island getaways.
