  My husband and I really enjoyed staying at this cozy beach home! It was very clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed using the kitchen which has everything you need to cook a nice meal but also took advantage of the great restaurants that were with in walking distance! My husband and I enjoyed using the bikes that were in the garage to check the surf at the beach and we also rode them to the tennis courts that are in the neighborhood to play a few matches. We had a great time and have recommended this rental to our family and friends. We will definitely be coming back to stay here!

  We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Norwood House. The home was spotlessly clean, welcoming, and full of all the little touches that made it feel like home. All the great food just down the street made a great stay even better. Thanks so much for a wonderful, relaxing experience that allowed our family to reconnect with one another.

  The home was extremely clean and fully equipped! I was pleasantly surprised to find all the utensils, pans, bowls, storage containers and everything else you could need in the kitchen. It was a great extra perk to be able to ride the bikes to nearby stores and restaurants. Meanwhile the beach was only across the street. I thought the location was perfect everything was so close including a nice grocery store nearby. I would recommend this property to both friends and family. It was very well maintained and I appreciated the quick and friendly customer service I received from Valerie. The listing is an accurate description and it is a very nice house. The backyard was a bonus and you have plenty of room to play games out there. Bottom line: this place was amazing and helped us create wonderful memories. thank you!

  We stayed at this property over the July 4th holiday and had a great time. Everything was provided for and was very laid back. We enjoyed the beach cooler and bikes with helmets especially. Easy walk to the beach and there are 2 restaurants right down the block. There is a grocery store and a WalMart within 5-10 minutes and a 1.25 hour drive from Orlando Airport. Val is a great property owner and answered all of my questions. There were plenty of beach towels and sheets so even if we hadn't brought our own there would have been plenty. Thanks, Val, for making our family vacation a great one!

  I was always skeptical about using VRBO and home away for rentals but Val made the experience comfortable and easy. The place was super cozy. Felt just like home. Everything is close by. Beaches, shopping etc. Had a super time staying there. If I'm in the area will definitely use this house again.

  We had a wonderful time at the beach house and were pleased with its location. The house was everything we expected from the description and pictures. It worked out great for a visit with our family in the Melbourne area. We were a family of 5 (grandparents, daughter and her 2 sons (8 and 6)) and the house had all we needed. The boys had fun in the backyard and liked that we could walk to beach. The pizza place and Buritto place were just doors away and made for quick easy meals when we wanted.

  I just wanted to let everyone know what a great time my family had at the vacation house. Everything we needed was supplied for you. Valerie even had some groceries in the frig for when we arrived. It was such a nice gesture and so unexpected. We all enjoyed the beach gear; chairs, boogie boards and having beach towels as well as a nice beach blanket. You can tell that this owner was well prepared for vacationing families. The bikes in the garage were wonderful to have as well. However, we did wish the grill had been bigger. Our family was impressed with the booklet that is left for some interesting facts. Local doctors, places to eat, along with menus. We would rate this house 5 stars out of 5. Thanks for a great, clean place to have stayed while visiting Florida. Also we wanted to mention how wonderful Valerie was while we were making all the arrangements. It was great to have someone so friendly to work all the details out with. Thanks From the whole family Barb Paw Paw, Michigan

  My husband, myself and three children stayed for a long-weekend in the middle of May. The house was perfect for our family of five. It had everything we needed. The location was great; we were able to go to the beach or go a few feet down the street and eat delicious food. One night we entertained "extended" family for dinner and card games and it felt like our own home! Our kids especially enjoyed the spacious backyard. My family and I will definitely return; next time for longer though :-) We have already recommended this particular house for other family members from Colorado who visit Florida at least once a year.   My husband and 7 month old baby stayed here for 10 days and had such a relaxing time! My husband was able to get in lots of surfing at the beach across the street. It has a nice break and is not crowded. We had the windows open for a few days and enjoyed the nice ocean breeze but when it got a little warmer turned on the air and it was nice and cool in no time! We also enjoyed having some tasty meals at the burrito and pizza restaurants within walking distance! Thanks for a great stay! We will be coming back!

  Never knowing what to expect when renting, we were very happy with this find. It was clean and cozy. The home is supplied with everything you'd need. The beds were comfortable and shower was great. The owner, Valerie, is great to correspond with and helpful. She even gave us potential shuttle launch dates; which we were able to see easily from the beach. I walked the beach every morning and it was just a matter of crossing A1A (no problem); just a hop, skip, and jump away (a few minutes) on foot. I found the faucet in front of house handy for rinsing my shoes off before entering the house. Walgreens, CVS, and Publix grocery store are within walking distance also. With two eating places (burritos, pizza) only three houses away, what more could you ask for? The only complaint was the weather - very cool, rainy winter for FL; but still better than WI winters. Thanks Val, we had a wonderful time.

For 6-month rental, we require 3-monts in advance plus the security deposit/damage deposit and cleaning fee.
For an annual lease, first and last month's rent plus security/damage & cleaning fee.
