This oversize corner lot is perfect for this great family home just a block to the beach and boasts ocean views from both the 2nd and 3rd floors. Master bath has his/her sinks and double walk-in shower. Double futon is in the master bedroom as well. The middle floor over the garage has a fabulous game room with comfy sofas, TV/VCR/DVD player, easy switch gas fireplace, pool table, foosball, air hockey, 1/2 bath and queen Murphy bed.
The original cottage adjoins with a charming entry, dining areas, fully appointed kitchen and full bath downstairs. The downstairs bath has a walk in shower and a claw-foot bathtub. Upstairs in the cottage you will find 2 bedrooms; each room has two twin beds.

Some friends and I stayed in this rental house last summer and we all had a great time. The house is one block from the beach (right at the start of the board walk), so we walked the boardwalk every night and played on the beach all day long (if not enjoying the town). The yard is fully fenced, so the dogs could roam outside freely. The garage was large enough for our cars and had plenty of space for all the gear we had. There were three adults and seven children and we all fit comfortably. The new addition is spacious and very nice looking. The kids had a great time in the giant playroom with the TV and pool table. It was nice they had their own space to go to when the adults wanted to talk downstairs. What a fun time!!

What a fantastic find! It is so close to a wide open beach with great spots for clam digging and sand dollar hunting. The game room has comfortable seating and fun for everyone, even though the tv and games aren't the best quality. Our group couldn't stay away from the foosball! The master bedroom has enough room for all 9 people and then some, and the bathroom is beautiful . Overall, an awesome price on a really great house.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, sightseeing, pet owners, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Was referred to this house for a guys getaway weekend. I have to say, this house is perfect for groups that want a weekend or week next to the beach. This house has everything! We had rain Friday night, but were able to watch football and shoot pool in the game room, and bbq'd all weekend long (bbq in the garage). Got lucky Saturday for a fire on the beach. This place is 4 houses away from the sand, and has a fenced yard. We brought 3 dogs with the 6 of us, and had more than enough room for everyone. Even had 2 beds in the master for the snorers. Ken was great allowing the dogs, and had no problem accommodating us last minute. The drive way can handle 2 cars, as well as the garage. We had such a great weekend, we'll definitely be back again next summer. Thanks Ken!

We loved the house, fenced backyard for the dogs and the gameroom was awesome! Close to the beach and the Prom. Ken was great and easy to work with.

I would not recommend staying at this property to anyone. Go someplace that does not have sand in the bathtub upon your arrival, dried noodles stuck to the kitchen wall, dead spiders in the dishes, obviously un-vacumed carpets and dust bunnies running all over the hardwood floors. Our entire party was unsatisfied and uncomfortable.
Owner response:i wish i had known upon arrival i could have sent the housekeeper back to make it right....i personally went to the house to address the issues, i installed an outdoor shower with hot water for guests to rinse off outside, i could not find any 'noodles' stuck to the walls or anywhere else for that matter, the carpets ceratinly had not been vaccuumed, unfortunatley i cannot trust in the housekeeping services and have changed to a new service.

Stayed for 2 nights with another parent and 7 teenagers for end of school reward. They absolutely loved the game room and all the comfy furniture. The master suite turned into the 'girls hangout' with plenty of room to spare. The place was huge and it's proximity to the promenade and the beach was awesome. Easy to get to from town. The owner was wonderful to work with and answered all inquires super quick. We had a very fun time.

We had a perfect New Year's vacation at this beach house! Kenneth was very easy to work with, even had a friend to show us around the house and greet us. I not only loved the older part of the house but the newer addition. For a large family, there are two dining rooms. It also has a game room full of fun things to do, along with a gorgeous fireplace. The best was the master bedroom which was a whole floor to itself. Thanks Ken for a wonderful place to stay and we will be back! ron and diane
