  Some friends and I stayed in this rental house last summer and we all had a great time. The house is one block from the beach (right at the start of the board walk), so we walked the boardwalk every night and played on the beach all day long (if not enjoying the town). The yard is fully fenced, so the dogs could roam outside freely. The garage was large enough for our cars and had plenty of space for all the gear we had. There were three adults and seven children and we all fit comfortably. The new addition is spacious and very nice looking. The kids had a great time in the giant playroom with the TV and pool table. It was nice they had their own space to go to when the adults wanted to talk downstairs. What a fun time!!

  We had 6 adults and 3 kids and everyone loved this house! My 7 year old described it as "AWESOME!". We had friends staying at another nearby house and all the kids wanted to hang out at our house because of the game room. Our dog was happy coming and going through the dog door and fenced yard. We have stayed at many rental houses and found this one was stocked with everything we needed! We also liked the warm outdoor sprayer to get off all the sand after coming back from the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

  This was our 2nd Mothers day trip to Seaside. The weather was perfect again. 70's and sunny Friday and Saturday, and just a bit overcast on Sunday. I love this place because it's very big and the neighborhood is quite relative to places right off Broadway. You can walk the promanade to the heart of the action in 150-20minutes and then retreat to the quite neighborhood when your ready to relax. And this house is VERY relaxing.

  We had such a nice time at the BS Pug Ranch a couple weekends ago. The place was HUGE and had lots of fun things to keep my husband and dad busy while mom and I shopped and relaxed. They played pool until the wee hours of the morning. Although we could have fit a lot more people in this home, it worked out great because we got to spread out and have some alone time when needed. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable. We'll be back!

  We go to Seaside for basketball tournaments and this is a great house for the kids to play and the adults to hang out with out hearing the kids. The owner is great to deal with and this is the second time I have rented this house. It is close to the beach and promenade. The house has everything you would need.

  This place was great! there was 8 of us young adults staying here and there was plenty of space left for more people to sleep! Just a 10 minute drive from cannon beach/indian beach where we went surfing. We're literally just a 5 minute walk away from the beautiful boardwalk. At night we made a short walk to seaside beach to make a bonfire. It was great. I suggest using the bikes they have stored in the garage, they were perfect for riding around seaside and checking out the scenery at the boardwalk. The house itself was huge, it was basically 2 houses in one. The main living room/games room was where we spent most of my time. The foozeball and pool table were perfect and kept us busy when it was late at night. Everything you need is in the kitchen too. No complaints about the house. Great location and nice space.

  We spent a week here, 6 adults and 1 child and we had room for more. This home is a lot of fun and well worth checking into. I would recommend this home for any large group. The game room was a blast. the location is great but may be a bit difficult for older adults with health issues such as bad knees etc. The owner was very helpful and the property was clean. It was a bit dusty buy hey, we're talking about a beach house. Some of us loved the clawed tub, and the double shower was a big hit too. There are many great places to visit in Seaside.We cooked in the kitchen a lot, the washer and dryer came in handy as well. Check it out, it may be just the place you're looking for!

  We spent 3 days for the weekend of Mother's day 2012. The weather was outstanding, mid 70's with only the slightest breeze and full sunshine. The house is outstanding! We only had 5 people and everyone had a bed. The house could accomate twice as many people as we had. The Master bedroom is huge with a very nice bathroom/shower. The shower has (2) seperate jets and is big enough for (2) people. The game room was a big hit with my kids. Plenty to keep the young ones entertained. Large garage, bring your bikes, there is lots to explore. Short walk to the promanade. I will definetely visit again and this house is PERFECT!

  What a fantastic find! It is so close to a wide open beach with great spots for clam digging and sand dollar hunting. The game room has comfortable seating and fun for everyone, even though the tv and games aren't the best quality. Our group couldn't stay away from the foosball! The master bedroom has enough room for all 9 people and then some, and the bathroom is beautiful . Overall, an awesome price on a really great house.

  Was referred to this house for a guys getaway weekend. I have to say, this house is perfect for groups that want a weekend or week next to the beach. This house has everything! We had rain Friday night, but were able to watch football and shoot pool in the game room, and bbq'd all weekend long (bbq in the garage). Got lucky Saturday for a fire on the beach. This place is 4 houses away from the sand, and has a fenced yard. We brought 3 dogs with the 6 of us, and had more than enough room for everyone. Even had 2 beds in the master for the snorers. Ken was great allowing the dogs, and had no problem accommodating us last minute. The drive way can handle 2 cars, as well as the garage. We had such a great weekend, we'll definitely be back again next summer. Thanks Ken!
