The 'Bolton Cottage' is a beautiful 5 BR/ 4.5 BA home, sleeps 12, and it has incredible panoramic views of the gulf. It is just steps from the beach and is located in Rosemary Beach on the South side of 30A near the Eastern green and the Coquina Pool. This charming, spacious house is great for a large family.
Not only are the views amazing, this home is professionally decorated - it is gorgeous! The first floor has 3 bedrooms, 2 with queen beds and 1 with a double. A media room and 2 bathrooms are located on this floor. An additional daybed is located in one of the bedrooms. The second floor as an open floor plan with spacious living and dining areas, fireplace and a commercial grade kitchen. The fully stocked kitchen has Viking and Sub-Zero stainless steel appliances, 2 dishwashers, an island and breakfast bar. There is also a large wrap around porch on the second floor with amazing views of the gulf. 2 master suites are located on the 3rd floor, each with a king bed. The 3rd floor porch has a lovely gulf view.
Amenities of Rosemary Beach include 4 pools, 8 clay tennis courts, fitness center, spa, playgrounds and private beach walkovers.

The home is gorgeous...very custom, very well decorated....yet, it still feels very "comfortable"...We had two families and a single friend, and easily had enough room for all...perfect house for families as the adults can enjoy the kitchen/main living area...and the kids hung out on the downstairs level with tv room...very close to pool (could even see everyone from the kitchen window) and seriously just a few yards to the beach...The kitchen is beautiful and completed equipped with everything imaginable...Very nice to eat dinner on the balcony...great stereo sound system as well...Absolutely everything that you could hope for and more...would highly recommend!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
