  We paid for 3 nights and stayed for 2. that is all we can handle. checked in 8/4/2012. this place is run down and not properly maintained. all windows were filthy, all shower drains were clogged which created a flood inside the bathroom. NO HOT WATER for shower and we were there during monsoon season. bathroom lights were out also, the caretaker fixed one and left 2 more bathroom upstairs without a light. the main level is infested with ROACHES. fridge not functioning well, we woke up with spoiled food in the morning. built-in water filter in the fridge is outdated with red light indicator. oh yeah, a bat come out from one of the bedroom closets when one of the kids open the closet, that was a hysterical moment....this is a real shame since this is a beautiful house but lacking in good basic housekeeping and maintenance. I called the owner,explained my concerns, she said she'll get back to me but that was 3 days ago and haven't heard from her.....I will NOT RECOMMEND this place or even stay here for free, this is definitely not up to my standard........VERY DISATISFIED.

  I've stayed here in May 2010 for 5 nights with my family. Will be staying again this March and can't wait to stay at this home away from home. The house has an amazing view of Taal lake/volcano, besides the fact that there are plenty of rooms for the whole family to get together, cook and just hang-out. Only thing is, if you desire to use the resort amenities, you have to pay each day for each person. The owner and caretaker are very accomodating and easy to work with!

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

  I stayed here when my family and I traveled from the states for 10 nights. The house is gorgeous and very spacious! There were about15 of us total and we were all very comfortable. There are balconies all around the house with spectacular views. The air is very crisp clean and such beautiful scenery. The house is equipped with everything you could need. The only bad thing was that the oven was not working, so I was not able to bake any desserts as I planned. But other than that it was great and furnished very well. I cant wait til my next vacation I would definately stay here again. Owners were also very kind and very easy to work with! Highly recommend this vacation home!
