Townhouse is in gated community with 24 hour security,on an 18 hole private golf course. There is a pro-shop/golf carts available. You become a member of the club as renter. There are two tennis courts,and you can reserve play time, and olympic-sized POOL with life guard. Beside the attached GARAGE there is parking in front of garage and about ten parking stalls on the private court.
Large carpeted patio,furnished, just outside the dining and living room patio doors, plus GAS GRILL. With carpet throughout and living room with couches and wood-burning FTREPLACE and LARGE dining area that can accommodate many guests. With GAS HEAT, Central AIR conditioning plus paddle fans, YOU CAN BE COMFORTABLE IN ANY WEATHER. Very private, quiet, and secure. There are several events regularly, ie., barbecues, golf tournaments, planned trips to Casinos, NY shows, etc. a total resort atmosphere.
Townhouse has two large bedrooms, king/queen beds, master bath/dressing suite,walk-out balconies with views of fairways. All linens are provided. There are 3TV's and VCR and DVD player. Cable TV, High speed INTERNET and VoIP is ready. You have all of above, PLUS you go to the beach anytime you want!
Entire unit has w/w carpet, decorator furnished, separate large bathrooms/WIClosets for each bedroom. REAL woodburning FIREPLACE, Clothes Washer/Dryer in unit. Microwave oven and all kitchen appliances and fully stocked utensils, dinnerware/flatware. There is a powder room off living room and a laundry room, as you enter from the attached garage.
