You become a member of the club as renter. There are two tennis courts,and you can reserve play time, and olympic-sized POOL with life guard. Beside the attached GARAGE there is parking in front of garage and about ten parking stalls on the private court.
Large carpeted patio,furnished, just outside the dining and living room patio doors, plus GAS GRILL. With carpet throughout and living room with couches and wood-burning FIREPLACE and LARGE dining area that can accommodate many guests. With GAS HEAT, Central AIR conditioning plus paddle fans, YOU CAN BE COMFORTABLE IN ANY WEATHER. Very private, quiet, and secure. There are several events regularly, ie., barbecues, golf tournaments, planned trips to Casinos, NY shows, etc. a total resort atmosphere.
