Mark is a retired firefighter from St. Louis County, Missouri. After 26 years of firefighting I ventured down to Playa and really fell for the town and people. The scenery is absolutely beautiful, some of the best beaches I have seen. I thoroughly enjoy Playa del Carmen and the surrounding areas. Kick back, relax and enjoy.
Why the Owner Chose Natz Ti Ha
When I bought, Playa (Playa Del Carmen) had a population of 6500 people, this quiet little fishing village has grown in ten years to a booming area of well over 250,000. The location of Natz Ti Ha is very peaceful and within walking distance of the 5th Avenue tourist area. The building themselves are very well constructed and set up to be more of a home atmosphere than other condominiums, with a large pool and beaches just steps from the complex.

Peaceful, only 36 units not all are for rental, front of units face poolside, natural walkways from units to pool and beach, many waterfall features, friendly neighbors. A home away from home.
