One of our most popular Maui condo resort villages, Makena Surf is located right on Paipu Beach on Maui's southwest coast. Nearly one-half mile long, the absolutely stunning Paipu Beach offers great swimming, fantastic snorkeling, easy access and good boogie boarding when there's surf. Best of all, this is one of the least known and least crowded beaches in Maui's Wailea and Makena resort areas.
As the owners of Makena Surf F112, I want to ensure that your Maui vacation is as enjoyable and stress-free as possible. The best way to make that happen is to offer a quality condo at a competitive price. Additionally, you need an experienced local management team that can provide on-island support. Like a few of my fellow Makena Surf owners, I have partnered with Destination Resorts Hawaii (DRH), a Wailea-based company that has been servicing Wailea owners and their guests for over 30 years. Their guest care encompasses Front Desk (check-in and registration), Housekeeping, Maintenance and Concierge Services.
As a central point of contact, the Front Desk team is available seven days a week to address your requests and inquiries. Extra, even daily, Housekeeping services can be arranged (at an additional cost). In the unlikely event a maintenance issue arises, an on-call Maintenance team can be dispatched. There’s even a 24-hour manager on duty.
The bottom line is you get VRBO pricing with the peace of mind of a proven local guest services team.

We couldn't be happier with our decision to rent this unit. It idealy suited our needs for a family vacation with our two adult sons and their girlfriends. The unit and grounds are lovely, well maintained, private, and quiet. There is easy access to sand beaches and surf a minute's walk north or south from the unit, and, the rocky shoreline out front has interesting tide pools and breaking surf. From here we watched whales and beautiful sunsets. We snorkeled right out front, entering the water at one beach and exiting at another, and saw many interesting and colorful fish and coral. We also saw sea turtles while snorkeling here (vs not seeing any on our Molokini/TurtleTown snorkeling cruise). The pool looks nice but we didn't use it. The kitchen facilities have a great selection of dishes and cookware and we enjoyed grilling and eating on the lanai. The beds (and other furniture) were comfortable and we really enjoyed our visit here. Dawn, the owner's representative was very helpful both regarding the property and providing us information about Maui in general. The Destination Resorts people did a very nice job on handling the registration and responding to a few requests from us during our visit. We feel this rental through VRBO was an excellent decision and value. We would highly recommend this unit and location to anyone taking a Maui vacation.
