Year Purchased: 2007
I am an Air France pilot and i fell in love with the island the first time I landed on Juliana airport 10 years ago. After many landings and family vacation in St Maarten, we decided to buy a property in 2007. We loved Pointe Pirouette for our children who could water ski right in front of the villa, off the dock. We want everybody to enjoy our villa as much as we enjoy it, and like to contribute to make their stay on the island an unforgettable souvenir.
Why the Owner Chose Pointe Pirouette
We choose to buy in St Maarten because of the bilingual, and multicultural mix of ethnicities. Also because we feel like we are in Europe as well as in the Caribbean, we can find in the numerous supermarkets products from all over the world, Asia, India, china, Africa, Europe, USA, it is so much fun to do shopping here.
The Unique Benefits of this Villa
this property is a no brainer for us, while everybody can swim freely in the lagoon off the dock or go water skiing, I love to relax with a good book by the pool. No needs to go here an there, take the kids to this beach and drive for 45 minutes to get to the water. And at night we are so close of night life, clubs, bars, restaurants and so on that everybody can have fun separately while being 2 minutes away from home.
