This cedar-covered house has two bedrooms (one with a queen-sized bed, the other with twin beds), two full bathrooms, a sunny kitchen, a lovely screened-in sun porch with view of orchard, a patio, and a garage to park in. Relax in a very clean, inviting, and soothing home; green/non-toxic cleaning products are used. All cotton sheets and towels, dishes, cooking utensils, washer and dryer are provided. Our entire property is fenced and gated. Large grass area for games and picnicking. You are welcome to walk through the fruit orchard and pick peaches, apples and grapes when in season. Perfect for one family or two couples. Night time is extremely quiet with only moon or star light.
We are nestled 3 miles from the 101 in a canyon well-known for its apple orchards. Get away from hustle and bustle, people and traffic while being only minutes from Avila Beach, Pismo Beach, restaurants, kayaking, hiking trails, wineries/wine tasting, Sycamore Hot Springs Resort, Avila Fruit Barn, yoga classes, shopping in historic downtown San Luis Obispo, and much more.

Owner Description
Year Purchased: 1976
Our family has lived on this property since 1976 when we fell in love with the beautiful area, put in a bridge and a windmill and started planting our fruit tree orchard. The large family guest house we call Oak Tree Cottage was built in 1989. Our home is about 1/8 mile from the cottage; trees and bushes separate the two houses and provide lots of privacy. My husband takes care of the orchard and his "honey-do" list. I am a recently retired teacher who likes gardening and a quiet country life.
