This Villa has tile floors and a gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops and serving bar with stools. The living room is open to the dining room with seating for six.
Lanai offers a view of the golf course and lake. Ground floor access with one bedroom and bath on the ground floor. Parking stall is in front of the unit. The master bath offers you a soaking tub to ease away any stress from traveling. The common pool area has a Jacuzzi and BBQ area. You have arrived in Paradise.

Year Purchased: 2003
We live in Hilo on the Big Island. My husband is a Gastroenterologist and I manage our medical office and an out patient surgery center. We have 4 adult sons who are all married with children and two teenage daughters. Our eldest daughter will be attending her freshman year at Stanford and our youngest daughter is a junior in high school. My mother lives with us. We use our condo three to five times a year. We travel four to five times a year to the mainland to visit our adult children and grandchildren. One of our adult sons lives in Hilo with his family. We have 10 grandchildren. Four of them live in Hilo.
Why the Owner Chose Fairway Villas
Our condo is 70 miles from our home. We live on the windward side of the Big Island which gets most of the rain. It is nice to drive over to the West side of the Island to enjoy the sunshine and the beach.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
Our condo is a 5 minute walk to the beach, restaurants, shopping and golfing. There are hiking trails next to the property. Once we park our car we never have to get in it until we are ready to drive home.
