Year Purchased: 2003
We live in Hilo on the Big Island. My husband is a Gastroenterologist and I manage our medical office and an out patient surgery center. We have 4 adult sons who are all married with children and two teenage daughters. Our eldest daughter attends Stanford and our youngest daughter is a Senior in high school. My mother lives with us. We use our condo three to five times a year. We travel four to five times a year to the mainland to visit our adult children and grandchildren. One of our adult sons lives in Hilo with his family. We have 11
grandchildren. Four of them live in Hilo.
Why the Owner Chose Fairway Villas
Our condo is 70 miles from our home. We live on the windward side of the Big Island which gets most of the rain. It is nice to drive over to the West side of the Island to enjoy the sunshine and the beach.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
Our condo is a 5 minute walk to the beach, restaurants, shopping and golfing. There are hiking trails next to the property. Once we park our car we never have to get in it until we are ready to drive home.
