LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION Setting Next to the 10th TEE of the Nicklaus Private. You're greeted to a spectacular view of our Pebble Tech Salt Water pool and its stone water features, spa, down the 10th fairway and to the distant Mts., Groves of tall Washingtonian Palm trees bowing to the wind.
Two extra large master suites with there own patios. King size high density foam beds. Both have showers and tubs, built in High Definition LED flat panel TV's, blue ray DVD players and Time Warner DVD recorders and built in theater quality surround sound systems include the Great Room in there as well!! All bedding is luxury linen and towels.
How about a pool party. Located just a few steps from your fully equipped kitchen The expansive decking stand up natural stone, granite top whistle bar, Viking BBQ with oven, duel side burners, pot faucet, outdoor bath and shower. And oh yes the fire pit for enchanting evenings Smore's anyone!!!!

Why the Owner Chose PGA West
We have been long time visiting the Desert and before retiring settled on PGA West as THE place. We have many friends in the area and living on the Nickalus Private was to much to pass up. 5 years later an extensive remodel and expansion completed are extremely pleased with our decision.
The Unique Benefits at this Home
The quite beauty of the desert. The sunrise, sunsets and all their vivid colors. Mountain, golf course, & our desert landscaping featuring dozens of different specimens of palm trees, native plants, spectacular winter flowers. Which we designed and installed ourselves. Well, we did have some help. Wait to see the size of our tresst. There only 3 years old.

Retired San Francisco small business owner. Real Estate, Mortgage & construction. Married 45 years have 3 adult Children, 7 grand children. Like to travel, golf, fly fish, and restore things. Native Northern California residents. Spend half our time in San Francisco. The rest traveling in our restored vintage 76 Airstream or in PGA West golfing.
