Although this is a beautiful home, it is NOT a 4 bedroom house! The so called fourth bedroom is a very small room attached to the Master Bedroom. They both share a bathroom that has no doors, so unless you plan to share the Master bedroom with very young children who don't mind watching you use the shower and toliet, then it's great. This small guest room that is virtually unusable unless, as I said, you have very young children, seems to be a converted golf cart garage (the driveway is still there). The house is fabulous if you only need three bedrooms. After my stay, I emailed the owner asking for an explanation as to why the layout of the house was not explained to me (we spoke several times prior to my arrival), but he did not respond. We had three families with adult children sharing the house, so we really needed four separate bedrooms. The owner knew this when he rented us the house.

After years of renting various homes in Scottsdale AZ, our group of six decided to try CA. Clay & Judy's home is one of the best homes we have rented. The house is fully equipped & impeccably maintained. The outstanding pool & hot tub, the view, lovely landscaping, very accommodating owners, comfortable beds, I could go on... you will not be disappointed. We hope to return. KOMC - Chicago

We had a fantastic week at the house. We have been looking for a house with two master suites and now we have found one. Beautiful pool and yard area, which we made use of daily after golf.

I simply can't express in words how wonderful the house is down to every single detail. The owners were so wonderful and gave us all the information we needed to make our stay perfect. We spent a few days here during Easter and it was just perfect. The pool and view are superb! The bbq, outdoor shower etc. make it that much better. The house itself in simply spectacular down to even the smallest detail. It is pure luxury and we did not want to leave. What a peaceful relaxing time our children had such a great time as did the adults. I always worry when booking on the internet if the place will really look like the pictures they provided…I can tell you this place does it is absolute luxury and even more gorgeous in person then in the photos. Thank you so much we will never stay in another hotel after staying in this vacation home. You can't go wrong!

we had a wonderful time enjoying this beautiful home with our sons and their families. The grandkids spent most of their time ine the pool and enjoyed riding around in the golf cart. We will book again when we're in need of a large home.

This spot exceeds expectations. Everything about this place is perfect and well thought-out...from the umbrella holders in the pool to the plethora of electronics. The beds are great(Cal kings) and the furnishings put our house to shame. The owner is extremely interested in making your stay as complete and memorable as possible. It is close to the market for your morning paper, and to the clubhouse for an evening walk to dine at Ernies. I have no reservations recommending this to any adult group. Because of the beautiful white carpet(took my shoes off)and the many fine pieces of furniture, I wouldn't bring kids. You will be a bundle of nerves watching them. In short, having rented numerous times at various sites, this is the standout leader bar none! We will return. P.S. we don't even play golf, but we didn't venture far from our private 'resort'..it has everything.

Ladies Week-end Get-A-Way 10/21/10 - 10/24/10

This house is fabulous, we felt like we were in the lap of luxury all weekend. It had all the comforts of home and with 7 women in our group we all slept comfortably in the king sized beds. The pool and spa are spectacular, we spent a big part of every day in the water. What a fantastic kitchen and BBQ, we cooked dinner every evening and there was plenty of room without everyone bumping into each other. We're already planning our next long weekend in the Spring. Kudos to the Duncan's for making their home a comfortable and enjoyable home away from home.

Thanks so much for the late reservation! We had a wonderful 4 days. I loved the pool, bed & fans. My husband loved the golf, big TV’s and the reclining chairs. We both relaxed in such a beautiful and gracious home! We will be back hopefully. P.S. Thanks for the arrival treats – that gesture was so welcoming. These guests sent a second note via e-mail on 9/11/10 as follows: We loved your home – it’s really a home with great personality. I enjoyed your coffee table books; seems we have a lot in common. Also, I am of Scottish descent, traveled there last year and enjoyed the country and people so much and so I liked seeing your golf bag pencil mug with the tartan design. All in all we felt as though we were visiting family who just happened to be away for the moment. I think that is the best compliment that we could give anyone. The house was great. It had everything we needed. Plenty of room and great location. Very beautiful. The only suggestion I would have is to give a little more detailed instruction on the electronics in the home. That was the general consensus from everyone. Other that everything was great! Hi Clay, I just wanted to thank you for the use of your home. We all had a great time. Your house and yard were beautiful. I was amazed how comfortable it was with a large group. Do you know where you got your sheets? We stayed in the cabana room off of the front courtyard. I love linens and would love to get a set. Memorial Day 2010 couldn’t have been better.

In October of 2009 we had the pleasure of staying at 79860 Riviera La Quinta, Palm Springs are, CA. The home has a beautiful ambiance. You are immediately greeted with warmth and hospitality the home emits. The décor is comfortable, charming and elegant. You have that home feeling everywhere you go from the grand room to the elegant furnished bedrooms with amazingly comfortable beds and upscale linens for a peaceful sleep. The pool was a comfortable walk-in temp and you have use of all they have around the place. The Viking BBQ is extra large with a stone and granite stand up bar for drinks and outdoor eating. The rear yard is extra large & private, lavishly landscaped with flowers and numerous mature palms trees and plants providing plenty of distance and privacy from the golf coarse. The views down the 10th fairway of the desert mountain ranges are spectacular. The home is set far enough from the coarse so are you are not bothered by the golfers or their play. Clay, the owner was exceptionally easy to deal with, friendly and very helpful. The gated community is very secure and hospitable. We highly recommend the house and will be staying there soon.
