Come enjoy good times and make great memories with friends and families at our awesome Lake House. Home is located on slow water but it's minutes from fast water. Enjoy the pleasure of swimming in front of the house without fast boats going by. The Lake House has a really nice floor plan and you don't have to hike down flights of steps to get to the water.
It can comfortably accommodate three families with children and guest. Upstairs, there is one private bedroom (queen bed) and a large open loft area with four queens, one full, and two twins. A full bathroom with shower/tub combination. The main floor has one large bathroom, the master bedroom (one queen) with it own private bathroom with shower/tub combination and the full kitchen has stainless steel appliances and all the necessities needed to cook anything you desire. There is also a gas barbeque on the deck of the main floor.
Dinning room is off the kitchen with living room, big-screen TV and surround-sound stereo system. The whole main floor is surrounded by windows overlooking the lake. Great view and great open floor plan for entertaining and relaxing. The 3rd bedroom is very private above the garage (one queen).
There is a private boat dock with one boat lift and three jet ski slips and a ladder for swimming. After your long day, enjoy soaking in the hot tub, a game of pool with your friends or test your golf game on the putting green.
For winter vacationing, this house is 45 minutes to an hour from Dodge Ridge and Bear Valley.

Why the Owner Chose Copperopolis
I vacation at Lake Tulloch all the time and had always knew that someday I would own a vacation home on the Lake. The location is great for my family and I. The house is on slow water, the kids can swim right outside of the house and we can still watch them from the deck. There's plenty of activities to keep everybody busy.
This is a must play course for those who love the game of golf. It's 10-15 mins. away

My name is Paul Friant and I was born and raised in California ( Bay Area). As a kid, my parents would always take us to Lake Tulloch in Copperopolis which is 1 1/2 hours from the Bay Area. Since then, I've been back to vacation as often as I can. I love the water and enjoy all kinds of water sports. As my family grew, I found Lake Tulloch to be the perfect place to take the kids. They couldn't get enough of the Lake. We are now building another house on Lake Tulloch and hope that who ever rents our Lake House will enjoy and make as many memories as we have.
