It is a surf comunity with numerous beaches that are world class surf locations. There is a positive radiant uplifting feeling here. What could be better?

When you walk into the home you get an energetic feeling because of the ocean view. There are views from all over the property and intimate locations to just relax and enjoy the tall trees and positive energy. You forget where you are...is it California, Mexico, South of France, Italy or Hawaii...there are just no markers once inside the home to tell you your still on the west coast of Southern California.
