The house is equipped with wireless internet along with a computer station and all in one printer.
Cardinals Stadium, Camelback Ranch, & Glendale Arena are only a 10 minute drive and Phoenix International Airport is 25 minutes away. Excellent Location, just off I-10 and Hwy. 101 loop. Phoenix International Raceway is just 5 miles away.

My wife and I found each other a short time ago, back in 2004. We were married just over a year later and are enjoying each other’s company very much. We visited Phoenix in 2008 and some of our relatives while we were there. Both of us have been here before, several years ago. While we were there we just decided we could actually relax here. We could put work on the back burner and let it go. So we decided that we needed to have a place to get away and relax and still feel at home. We are hoping to be able to share that feeling with you our guest.
Why the Owner Chose Avondale
We found Avondale to be a great location and close to many events and facilities. Shopping, restaurants, baseball training camps and PIR are all a short distance. It is a new and upcoming area. Clean, comfortable, friendly and safe.
