Fresh interior two tone paint! Comfortable and clean furniture, 3 Queen beds, bedding, HDTVs, linens, kitchen equipment and utensils. We have a 46” HDTV in the living room and a 32” HDTV in the master suite both with HD cable. An up-convertible DVD player is connected in the living room. We also have an IPOD docking station with CD and radio available for use. The house is equipped with wireless internet along with a new Compaq desk top computer and all in one printer.
We just installed a whole house water filter and water conditioner. Also for our renters enjoyment we have provided 2 bicycles with helmets.
Cardinals Stadium, Camelback Ranch, & Glendale Arena are only a 10 minute drive and Phoenix International Airport is 25 minutes away. Excellent Location, just off I-10 and Hwy. 101 loop. We are located just blocks from the new American Sports Center opening in Avondale in November 2010. Phoenix International Raceway is just 5 miles away.

My wife and I found each other a short time ago, back in 2004. We were married just over a year later and are enjoying each other’s company very much. We visited Phoenix in 2008 and some of our relatives while we were there. Both of us have been here before, several years ago. While we were there we just decided we could actually relax here. We could put work on the back burner and let it go. So we decided that we needed to have a place to get away and relax and still feel at home. We are hoping to be able to share that feeling with you our guest.
Why the Owner Chose Avondale
We found Avondale to be a great location and close to many events and facilities. Shopping, restaurants, baseball training camps and PIR are all a short distance. It is a new and upcoming area. Clean, comfortable, friendly and safe.

We really enjoyed our stay at this quiet, clean and well kept home. All the furnishings were new as well as the beds. We had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our stay. It was close to everything we needed it to be. Lots of restaurants nearby along with lots of places to go shopping. They provided a computer and printer which was very nice. The large back yard with all the green grass made it feel much cooler outside than it really was. The CD and DVD collection was not very big but we didn't stay in that much to use them. The large HDTV was nice for relaxing before heading to bed. We would highly recommend this place to anyone including our family and friends and plan on staying here again every time we are in Phoenix.

We would encourage you to bring something from home if you want to. We are trying to collect coupons and menus from nearby restaurants so you will be able to browse them before deciding where you would like to go.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Having the house made it so much like being home and not in a small hotel room. The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed to make meals 90% of the time which really saves a lot of money. The ability to do laundry, watch DVDs in a large clean well set up living room with plenty of seating is my idea of what I was looking for. The location of this home is close to shopping, restaurants and the freeway so getting around is easy. Thank you Dale and Mellissa, The Winter family

From the moment we walked in to the "home", we felt comfortable. Everything was provided that we could possibly expect. The location is great if you're doing anything on the West side of Phoenix. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. We enjoyed the open floor plan of the living room, dining room and kitchen. The owners called us shortly after check in to make sure everything was satisfactory. I would give our experience with this property 5 Stars! We are definitely planning on using this particular rental again and likely expanding our stay. The home is close to grocery stores, shopping, and restaurants. It is also very close to Interstate 10, so getting around the area is very easy.

The photos really don't do this property justice. I was pleasantly surprised as I entered this home, and yes, it was my home away from home. It makes a quiet statement of comfort and peaceful ambiance. Exactly what I needed to escape the rat race of my working life. Spacious enough to allow me to entertain from the premise rather than jaunting from restaurant to restaurant to catch up with friends and to celebrate a 50th birthday. Staying here enabled me to offer Australian cuisine and hospitality to my American cohorts. The nearby supermarket offered everything I could want of excellent quality and the locals... extremely welcoming and accommodating to the difference in our cultures and understanding of language. Funny really considering we speak English..yet it's different. I was very comfortable here and I had transport which could be safely locked away. Everything I wanted was at my fingertips. If you are an avid computer user and speed is your gig... I would suggest that you bring along your laptop which you can wi fi. I wasn't here to work however and the fact that the desk top was slower than what I was used to...tis neither here nor there really in the overall presentation and comfort of my stay. We are constantly trying to make our home a better place for our guest by asking them to complete a survey of what they liked and what they would suggest to help make their next stay more enjoyable. We then try and accommodate these suggestions. We do have a computer for our guests to use as a convenience such as printing directions or boarding passes. We are currently looking at improving the computer to a newer model but if you have more to do than just check a few emails we would suggest you bring your laptop. You can connect wirelessly to our network or we have a “hub” you can plug into located on the side of our desk.

The house was a fanastic home base for a spring training tour. The listing description was accurate to a T. The house was very clean and scrupulously maintained. After a long day of watching ballgames and dinner it was nice to lounge around in the comfy living room and watch the big-screen TV. We felt right at home. There are groceries within minutes and a Starbucks just down the road. The owner answered inquiries promptly and courteously, and the transaction was smooth. It was a joy to stay here and we hope to make repeat visits!

We spent February in the Blue's vacation home. It was very comfortable and had absolutely everything you would ever need in your home. The organization of the home was well thought through. It is a neighborhood feeling but very quiet. We loved the "green" backyard! It was located in an area that was easy to access Interstate 10. If there would be another reason for us to visit the Phoenix area, we would definately choose to stay in this home again. Thank you Melissa and Dale!
