Sunset Harbor condo description
This One Bedroom and One Bathroom Resort Condo has a Walk In Shower (Block Glass/Tile) and Powder Room Is 874 SQ FT Top Floor Waterfront Resort Condo W/Private Balcony has Gulf,Bay, and Swimming Pool Views and is more Spacious than most Two Bedroom Condos. You have the best of all worlds. If you want crowds and excitement Destin is a thirty minute drive east. Destin has some of the best shopping around. If you want a little less action but certainly more traffic than Navarre Beach then take one of the most beautiful drives in the world down to Pensacola Beach (Great Seafood Restaurants). This is one of the most spectacular rides you will ever EXPERIENCE. It's a ten minute Car Ride. Although if you are interested in a bike ride, Navarre Beach has some of the best bike paths in the nation. You won't believe your eyes because the sand is so white you will think it's snow. There is a bicycle path that stretches all the way from the very beginning of Navarre Beach and goes for about 30 mile to the end of Pensacola Beach.
Navarre Beach is the place For the three R's. Rest, Relaxation, and Recreation. You will always find something fun to do. You might want to hang out on the Gulf of Mexico commonly called the Beach but don't get it confused with a more relaxed and just as beautiful beach which is the Sound also called Quiet Water. This is the Intercoastal Waterways and more importantly where Sunset Harbor the Palms Sits. So just hang out in the well manicured grounds that lead to the sugar white sands of the sound with a comfortable chair, or lounge chair which will be provided for you and a good book. Don't be surprised if you are relaxing by the water and you look out into the sound and you see Dolphins, because they are constantly swimming in these waters.
A huge benefit of Sunset Harbor the Palms is the location on the Barrier Island. I specifically chose a resort located on the Intercoastal waterways due to the advantage you have when it comes to recreation. Condos on the Gulf don't have the benefit of utilizing boats because it's too rough and you can't launch your boat on the gulf. This is what made Sunset Harbor The Palms so appealing. Keep your fishing boat, jet ski, or catamaran on the property and launch it at no cost at Juana's Pagodas right as you get off the Navarre bridge. Once you launch your water craft, cruise down to Sunset Harbor The Palms and moor it off the beach or anchor it to the beach. Now you are ready for a week of Top Notch Recreation with your boat moored or anchored right off your private beach. You won't find too many Condo Resorts with this type of logistical setup, enjoy High Speed Cable Internet (Wireless). Keep up with the latest on the Information Highway. So don't forget your Laptop.
Now it's time for you to come down to the Emerald Coast and enjoy all that this special place has to offer. You won't be disappointed and as a matter of fact I feel confident that you will find not only Navarre very appealing but you will also feel very much at home in this Resort Condo, Sunset Harbor The Palms 2-303. It has all the comforts you will find in your own home. The only difference is the View.

We spent two weeks here. Totally pleasant. Was large, fully furnished, and yet uncluttered. Our owner was easy to work with and full of information. Site has more grass and trees than anywhere else on the island. Beautifully cared for facility.. Everything worked perfectly. Kitchen had everything except a spring-form pan! Even has a small library for rainy day reading. Neighbors all over the complex were cordial and quite tolerant of our young grandchildren as they played out back. Balcony view of sound and Gulf. Feels just like home. Husband liked the close proximity to National Seashore for marvelous early morning walks.

Very relaxing vacation!
Very relaxing vacation!
This was the first time in Navarre for my husband and I. We grew up going to Panama City Beach each year, but since we’ve gotten older we were looking for a quieter atmosphere. In Navarre it is exactly what we hoped for. This place has the most beautiful beaches by far along the gulf coast. We are ones to normally go out to eat when we are on vacation but we found cooking our own meals at the condo and using the grills in the pavilion on the property was even more enjoyable. We did go out to a few of the local restaurants. We found the Shrimp Basket to be excellent, we went there twice. We also tried the Cactus Flower for Mexican food, pretty good but very pricey. You also need to eat breakfast at Alphy’s Catfish House, very good, and ask for the cinnamon bun hotcakes! The only bad thing is breakfast is only served Thursday-Sunday. Ted’s condo was very roomy for the two of us. Had everything we needed during our stay. Very comfortable bed as well as all the furniture. We enjoyed the property as well. We spent a lot of time in the pavilion on the sound side just sitting and reading or just enjoying the view. The grills were very convenient in the pavilion. We cooked a couple of times and ate there with that beautiful view. It was very relaxing and quiet the whole time we were there. We were very impressed with the property, very clean and the grounds well kept. We must say we will be visiting Ted’s condo in the future and can’t wait until then.

I had a great time at the condo-so comfortable & relaxing with everything you'll need(including a really good bed & pillow). There is more to do here than any other Pan-handle condo I've stayed in-nite-fishing on the well-lit pier, a short to my favorite beach, Opal in the National Seashore (where I caught my first-ever Pompano) and a little shopping a the cute boutique "Sandy Bottoms" as well as good places to eat-all on the island.(of course the world-class pier is fun to just walk out on and see dolphins doing their thing!) Next time, I'll rent a bike, good bike paths, too. The sunsets are really spectacular from the condo and the pier-can't wait to come back again-thanks for sharing!

We got married on Navarre Beach! The condo was bigger than the pictures showed, it had everything we needed in each room. The bed was very comfortable, clean, and the fishing dock view first thing in the morning was amazing (the dolphins were very active and a beautiful sight). The condo was great for our family of 3. We plan on coming back next year. Truly a piece of heaven on earth!!!

Great condo and location
Great condo and location
Once again we had a great time in Navarre. We like the peaceful, laid back atmosphere. It's a quick drive to Pensacola Beach or Destin if you want to get into some of the more crowded, touristy activities. We love hanging on the balcony for the view of the gulf (you can actually see the sound from there too). From the kitchen window you can see the sound. The bed is comfy and the accomodations are all around good. Great for two adults and two kids. Great price. The beaches aren't crowded. Shark Bite rentals at Sandy Bottoms was great as well for kayak rentals and shaved ice (other fresh fish tacos and crazy hot dogs and stuff as well). Good restaurants close by. Night life as well. Take the kids to Fort Pickens.

Sunset Harbor is a great place to stay! Our condo was bigger than we had expected, we had a 1 bedroom unit. The condo was very clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. This place is great for families, and fishermen! You have your own private pool, cookout shelter, and fishing dock. We look forward to coming backnext June.

Amazing Stay, Must Visit!!!
Amazing Stay, Must Visit!!!
We recently vacationed at Ted and Bella's condo in Navarre and I have to say, it was absolutely fantastic. For starters the condo itself is extremely spacious: large living area, full kitchen with appliances/any utensil you would need, massive king size bed, double room bath nice shower, and my personal favorite outdoor balcony that's great for morning breakfast or supper. The condo also has great AC, internet, and cable. Another huge perk is the condo is stocked with stuff for travelers to enjoy such as a beach cooler, pool toys, beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. Saved us a lot of hassle to drag all that stuff down there! Once you leave the condo, you are within walking distance to the beaches...yes beaches! You have the public beach directly across the street and the calm inter-coastal in the back of the building. There's also an amazing grilling pavilion right on the inter-coastal which is excellent at dinner time/sunset (the most breathtaking sunsets I've ever seen!) Navarre is nicely located as well - you have Pensacola 20 minutes on one side and Destin 20 minutes on the other. Both have great attractions, beaches, shops, and awesome seafood restaurants. Make sure to check out a local place near bye called "Joe Patti's" they have tons of fresh caught seafood right out of the water. Needless to say we will be booking a trip again soon and cannot wait to get back

Great restful stay
Great restful stay
After much looking in the panhandle we settled on a vacation here. Ted's condo was great. The price was awesome and working with the owners was easy and they were very accommodating. The beach in Navarre is very quiet, restful and only a short walk from the condo. The unit is well equipped with many kitchen items. Everything was very clean and the large balcony was perfect for an evening drink. We cooked here nearly every meal and enjoyed our one rainy day watching the big screen TV. I would highly recommend a stay at this condo for anyone seeking to vacation in the Panhandle. Everything went smoothly with no problems. Perfect & relaxing.

A Great Florida Accomodation
A Great Florida Accomodation
We have searched for such a place - access to the beach plus an accommodation that provides for easy use and access to a private quiet beach and fishing at our back door. Due to some physical limitations, this was just what we needed. The condo is "as advertised" and then some. The kitchen is well stocked with top quality appliances, cookware, and dinnerware. The furnishings are comfortable with a power recliner and large flat screen TV in the living area and a king size bed with adequate storage in the bedroom. The balcony is spacious with a nice table and chairs - the view is nice and provides shade for reading, relaxing, and even enjoying a meal. The "library" in the bedroom was a plus and we enjoyed perusing the large number of books available. The entire condo was very clean and well-maintained, Ted was very interested in our satisfaction and readily addressed a couple of minor concerns. In addition, The Palms is a well-maintained and clean facility with a very nice pool area and gardens that surround the complex. The amenities provide for privacy, with entrance to the pool and pier area controlled by entry codes. We have been to Navarre Beach on other occasions. This condo is the best accommodation we have found in the area and would recommend it to all travelers - especially seniors with some physical limitations.

About: I grew up in the Gulf Coast area and after High School I enlisted in the US Air Force. After serving I became a school teacher. It was always a dream of mine to own a little piece of paradise and being a teacher allowed for some time off so it was a good fit to be able to enjoy this time off with only a six hour or less drive to Navarre Beach. I hope to share a little piece of paradise with you.
Why Sunset Harbor:
I chose Navarre beach because I was fortunate enough to grow up in the area. When the family moved away including myself, it was my dream to have my own piece of paradise in Navarre so I bought this incredible Condo. Sunset Harbor. 'The Palms' 2-303.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
There are many unique benefits I enjoy while staying at Sunset Harbor The Palms. First the Condo has so many nice amenities. A fishing pier with lights so you can fish at night if it's a little too warm during the day. The Beach-side Gazebo is great for a family reunion or just a quiet dinner with your loved one. It allows the cool sea-breezes through while you enjoy your grilled Feast. A beautiful swimming pool that overlooks the Sound. The condo itself is very cozy and has a balcony with gulf, sound and pool views and with every upgrade imaginable. After a fun-filled day of recreation, it is a great feeling to ride up to the top level (3rd floor) Condo in the Glass Elevator. The Condo has all the comforts of home. Most importantly Sunset Harbor The Palms is located directly on the Inter-coastal Waterways (the sound) which is the ultimate spot for beauty, rest, relaxation, and the #1 spot in the world for Recreation to include fishing, water-skiing, jet-skiing, sailing, boating, dolphin watching, and just plain sightseeing. In five minutes you can walk to the Gulf of Mexico (the beach) and hang out on Americas most beautiful beach but personally I enjoy hanging out on the quiet waters of the Sound due to the many recreational opportunities (water Sports). After your experience at Sunset Harbor 'The Palms' Unit 2-303 you will know exactly what I'm talking about. We hope you can Vacation with us in Our Tropical Paradise.
