Sailing right off Our Private Beach Sunset Harbor The Palms July 2009
Location: Sunset Harbor, Navarre Beach, Florida Main North West, Florida North West, Florida, USA (Navarre Beach is 30 Miles East from Pensacola Reg. Airport.) View Map
Accommodations: Condo, 1 Bedroom + Convertible bed(s), 1 Bath (Sleeps 2-4)
Keywords: Waterfront Resort Condominium
This One Bedroom and One Bathroom has a Walk In Shower (Block Glass/Tile) and Powder Room Is 875 SQ FT Top Floor Waterfront Resort Condo W/Private Balcony has Gulf,Bay, and Swimming Pool Views and is more Spacious than most Two Bedroom Condos. You have the best of all worlds. If you want crowds and excitement Destin is a thirty minute drive east. Destin has some of the best shopping around. If you want a little less action but certainly more traffic than Navarre Beach then take one of the most beautiful drives in the world down to Pensacola Beach (Great Seafood Restaurants). This is one of the most spectacular rides you will ever EXPERIENCE. It's a ten minute Car Ride. Although if you are interested in a bike ride, I have two beach bicycles for your recreational pleasures and you can have access to some of the best bike paths in the nation. You won't believe your eyes because the sand is so white you will think it's snow. There is a bicycle path that stretches all the way from the very beginning of Navarre Beach and goes for about 30 mile to the end of Pensacola Beach.
Navarre Beach is the place For the three R's. Rest, Relaxation, and Recreation. You will always find something fun to do. You might want to hang out on the Gulf of Mexico commonly called the Beach but don't get it confused with a more relaxed and just as beautiful beach which is the Sound also called Quiet Water. This is the Intercoastal Waterways and more importantly where Sunset Harbor the Palms Sits. So just hang out in the well manicured grounds that lead to the sugar white sands of the sound with a comfortable chair, or lounge chair which will be provided for you and a good book. Don't be surprised if you are relaxing by the water and you look out into the sound and you see Dolphins, because they are constantly swimming in these waters.
A huge benefit of Sunset Harbor the Palms is the location on the Barrier Island. I specifically chose a resort located on the Intercoastal waterways due to the advantage you have when it comes to recreation. Condos on the Gulf don't have the benefit of utilizing boats because it's too rough and you can't launch your boat on the gulf. This is what made Sunset Harbor The Palms so appealing. Keep your fishing boat, jet ski, or catamaran on the property and launch it at no cost at Juana's Pagodas right as you get off the Navarre bridge. Once you launch your water craft, cruise down to Sunset Harbor The Palms and moor it off the beach or anchor it to the beach. Now you are ready for a week of Top Notch Recreation with your boat moored or anchored right off your private beach. You won't find too many Condo Resorts with this type of logistical setup, enjoy High Speed Cable Internet (Wireless). Keep up with the latest on the Information Highway. So don't forget your Laptop.
Now it's time for you to come down to the Emerald Coast and enjoy all that this special place has to offer. You won't be disappointed and as a matter of fact I feel confident that you will find not only Navarre very appealing but you will also feel very much at home in this Resort Condo, Sunset Harbor The Palms 2-303. It has all the comforts you will find in your own home. The only difference is the View.

Why the Owner Chose Sunset Harbor
I chose Navarre beach because I was fortunate enough to grow up in the area. When the family moved away including myself, it was my dream to have my own piece of paradise in Navarre so I bought this incredible Condo. Sunset Harbor. "The Palms" 2-303.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
There are many unique benefits I enjoy while staying at Sunset Harbor The Palms. First the Condo has so many nice amenities. A fishing pier with lights so you can fish at night if it's a little too warm during the day. The Beachside Gazebo is great for a family reunion or just a quiet dinner with your loved one. It allows the cool sea-breezes through while you enjoy your grilled Feast. A beautiful swimming pool that overlooks the Sound. The condo itself is very cozy and has a balcony with gulf, sound and pool views and with every upgrade imaginable. After a fun-filled day of recreation, it is a great feeling to ride up to the top level (3rd floor) Condo in the Glass Elevator. The Condo has all the comforts of home. Most importantly Sunset Harbor The Palms is located directly on the Intercoastal Waterways (the sound) which is the ultimate spot for beauty, rest, relaxation, and the #1 spot in the world for Recreation to include fishing, waterskiing, jet-skiing, sailing, boating, dolphin watching, and just plain sightseeing. In five minutes you can walk to the Gulf of Mexico (the beach) and hang out on Americas most beautiful beach but personally I enjoy hanging out on the quiet waters of the Sound due to the many recreational opportunities (water Sports). After your experience at Sunset Harbor "The Palms" Unit 2-303 you will know exactly what I'm talking about. We hope you can Vacation with us in Our Tropical Paradise.

I grew up in the Gulf Coast area and after High School I enlisted in the US Air Force. After serving I became a school teacher. It was always a dream of mine to own a little piece of paradise and being a teacher allowed for some time off so it was a good fit to be able to enjoy this time off with only a six hour or less drive to Navarre Beach. I hope to share a little piece of paradise with you.

Very spacious for a one bedroom and the patio was heaven. So relaxing. We had a great time. Navarre was so much better than we expected, the beach was clean and clear and we enjoyed 70+ degree weather. Thank you Ted for all your help and advise. We will be back.

My kids and I had a great time in Navarre thanks to Ted and Bella. We had everything we needed to make our stay wonderful. The view and sounds of the ocean really made it tough to leave and can't wait to get back to the area. For anybody concerned about this place being on the 3rd floor, there is an elevator and carts provided to help make your move in much easier. The place is just like you see in the pics but after seeing the rest of the views, you won't want to leave. The neighbors were friendly and the whole complex was well taken care of. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and look forward to staying here again. Thanks again Ted and Bella....you have both been wonderful and thank you for the everlasting memories!

My stay at this property was wonderful. The property was well maintained and clean. I would recommend this to anyone who wanted time in Navarre. The only problem I had was that the people who lived downstairs had a small child and they complained on the last day that I walked to loudly. The photos reflected the property well and I was very comfortable with the local restraunts and the people in Navarre were great. Thanks I will come back again. Trisha Springstead RN MS

We stayed here for our honeymoon in October 2011. We had a great time. The condo is in a great location. Its near the beach and some really fun restaurants, and just a quick drive to destin and pensacola. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay ( towels, dishes, ect.) We had no problem checking in or checking out. It was perfect for a quiet get-away and just close enough to the " The Beach Monkey" if we wanted a night out. Highly recommend this condo and we will definately be back!! The owners are very friendly and helped us with any questions we had.

We were looking for a quiet beach to get away from the daily stress of work life and we found it here. The beach was beautiful and the condo was comfortable and clean. The condo had all the comforts and conveniences one would need for a short stay. We specially appreciated the use of the bikes, which were very fun to ride in the main long road of the island. Since we went on an off-season there wasn't an plethora of restaurants to choose from. I would imagine that in the summer there;s a lot more. Overall, a pleasant experience and we would definitely do it again

We decided to find a place to go unwind for some rest and relaxation during fall break and Navarre, Fl was the perfect place to come for a weekend getaway. The condo was immaculate! It was super clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated. The kitchen was huge and even overlooked the inter-costal. There was a eat in bar and a table and the kitchen was fully equipt to make home made meals. In the mornings, we enjoyed drinking coffee on the balcony overlooking the beach. The king sized bed was so comfortable and we enjoyed watching tv before bed. Navarre is a quaint and quiet town. It was almost like we had a private island all to ourselves! The beach was so close to the condo and the water was crystal clear and beautiful. The sound was steps away from the condo and we spent an entire day soaking up the sun. The condo had an assortment of beach chairs that we were able to enjoy. There were also two bikes that we rode in the mornings. We also enjoyed lunch under the peaceful gazebo which also had amazing views of the inter-coastal and two grills that were open for anyone staying at the condo. At sunset, we walked along the pier and took pictures and chatted with other visitors that were catching fish. The condo was in such a great location. We were able to spend time in Destin and Pensacola. In Destin, we took a sunset cruise and even saw dolphins that came right up to our boat! In Pensacola we ate ice cream at the boardwalk and listened to live music at the restaurants. Thanks again Ted for such an accommodating stay. I would highly recommend this condo to all of my friends. We are grateful that we were able to book with you!

This was our first trip to Navarre Beach. Between the two of us, my wife and I have seen a lot of beaches, but this is our new favorite. We loved the relative seclusion... not a lot of people on beach... but conveniently located to Pensacola, Destin, and pretty much everything you need is just across bridge. Condo was great! Very comfortable. Pool was nice. Bikes were a lot of fun... we rode all the way to Pensacola one day. (Though these bikes are really better for shorter trips.... 30 miles is a little tough on the sitting part of anatomy. We found everything as described (even better), clean, well appointed. Ted was great! We had a little problem finding rental office (I forgot address), but called Ted and he sent us right to it. It was nice having rental office just down street; we needed something faxed and the folks at Century 21 were glad to help. Things to do/see: Peglegs on Pensacola Beach, Eastbay Crab House were nice seafood restaurants, reasonably prices. Must see Navy Air Museum and Blue Angels. Great fun! We'll be back.

Well, all the glowing reviews were 100% accurate. This condo is much better than the pictures and the descriptions. We loved it and hated to leave. We will definitely be back and have already recommended it to family and friends as the ONLY place you need to go in Florida. We were fortunate enough to be there when the Blue Angels were training! How exciting to be able to see them again and visit the bigger, better Naval Museum ~ for free! What a terrific vacation. Century 21 office staff were great and we are so blessed to have found this place!!! Thanks Ted and Bella for sharing with us!
