This One Bedroom One Bathroom Luxury 875 SQ FT Waterfront Top Floor Condo W/Balcony has Gulf,Bay, and Swimming Pool Views. You have the best of all worlds. If you want crowds and excitement Destin is a thirty minute drive east. Destin has some of the best shopping around. If you want a little less action but certainly more traffic than Navarre Beach then take one of the most beautiful drives in the world for that matter use one of the Two Complimentary Beach Bicycles and TREK down to Pensacola Beach. This is one of the most spectacular bike rides you will ever EXPERIENCE. By car it's ten minutes. You won't believe your eyes because the sand is so white you will think it's snow. There is a bicycle path that stretches all the way from the very beginning of Navarre Beach and goes for about 30 mile to the end of Pensacola Beach.
Navarre Beach is the place For the three R's. Rest, Relaxation, and Recreation. You will always find something fun to do. You might want to hang out on the Gulf of Mexico commonly called the Beach but don't get it confused with a more relaxed and just as beautiful beach which is the Sound also called Quiet Water. This is the Intercoastal Waterways and more importantly where Sunset Harbor the Palms Sits. So just hang out in the well manicured grounds that lead to the sugar white sands of the sound with a comfortable chair, or lounge chair which will be provided for you and a good book. Don't be surprised if you are relaxing by the water and you look out into the sound and you see Dolphins, because they are constantly swimming in these waters.
A huge benefit of Sunset Harbor the Palms is the location on the Barrier Island. I specifically chose a resort located on the Intercoastal waterways due to the advantage you have when it comes to recreation. Condos on the Gulf don't have the benefit of utilizing boats because it's too rough and you can't launch your boat on the gulf. This is what made Sunset Harbor The Palms so appealing. Keep your fishing boat, jet ski, or catamaran on the property and launch it at no cost at Juana's Pagodas right as you get off the Navarre bridge. Once you launch your water craft, cruise down to Sunset Harbor The Palms and moor it off the beach or anchor it to the beach. Now you are ready for a week of Top Notch Recreation with your boat moored or anchored right off your private beach. You won't find too many Condo Resorts with this type of logistical setup. Along with the Complimentary Beach Bicycles, enjoy High Speed Cable Internet (Wireless). Keep up with the latest on the Information Highway. So don't forget your Laptop.
Now it's time for you to come down to the Emerald Coast and enjoy all that this special place has to offer. Why the Owner Chose Sunset Harbor
I chose Navarre beach because I was fortunate enough to grow up in the area. When the family moved away including myself, it was my dream to have my own piece of paradise in Navarre so I bought this incredible Condo. Sunset Harbor. The Palms.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
There are many unique benefits I enjoy while staying at Sunset Harbor The Palms. First the Condo has so many nice amenities. A fishing pier with lights so you can fish at night if it's a little too warm during the day. The Beachside Gazebo is great for a family reunion or just a quiet dinner with your loved one. It allows the cool sea-breezes through while you enjoy your grilled Feast. A beautiful swimming pool that overlooks the Sound. The condo itself is very cozy and has a balcony with gulf, sound and pool views and with every upgrade imaginable. After a fun-filled day of recreation, it is a great feeling to ride up to the top level (3rd floor) Condo in the Glass Elevator. The Condo has all the comforts of home. Most importantly Sunset Harbor The Palms is located directly on the Intercoastal Waterways (the sound) which is the ultimate spot for beauty, rest, relaxation, and the #1 spot in the world for Recreation to include fishing, waterskiing, jet-skiing, sailing, boating, dolphin watching, and just plain sightseeing. In five minutes you can walk to the Gulf of Mexico (the beach) and hang out on Americas most beautiful beach but personally I enjoy hanging out on the quiet waters of the Sound due to the many recreational opportunities (water Sports). I grew up in the Gulf Coast area and after High School I enlisted in the US Air Force. After serving I became a school teacher. It was always a dream of mine to own a little piece of paradise and being a teacher allowed for some time off so it was a good fit to be able to enjoy this time off with only a six hour or less drive to Navarre Beach. I hope to share a little piece of paradise with you.
