Our condo was just what we wanted and where we wanted it to be. The speckled Trout that I caught off of the Pier was a very good meal...We were so close to many things...Pensecola is only 30 minutes away or Destin is about 45 minutes away..With lots of good seafood around. We ate every meal out on our balcony and watched the waves from the gulf side...We hit the Ocean every day with about a 5 minute walk to get there.Brought back gobs of shells..Thanks to Ted and Bella for being gracious hosts to us.We look forward in spending some more anniversary's there.

I can't say enough about this place. Very clean, comfortable, and affordable. After our busy days exploring the area beaches, attractions, etc. it was always a pleasure to return to. Quiet, homey, and clean. The washer/dryer is a great thing to offer, And mostly, the balcony is amazing, a haven away from it all! Make sure to watch the sunsets from the private pier, and to swim in the warm, secluded water behind the condo. I will certainly return, and recommend to anyone wanting solitude and beauty after busy days. You CANNOT go wrong for this price. (note to previous poor review, if you want a super modern place, you will need to pay ALOT more) It is not new construction, but very clean. The owners are super helpful!

My family won't be staying here again. The condo was dirty and I had to call to get it cleaned again. Are check in was Saturday by the time we got into the condo and realized it was so dirty I could not put my infant on the floor, the century 21 office was closed. I called first thing Monday morning, since they were closed Easter sunday. They told me they would not clean the condo since we waited so long. After I got ugly with them on the phone they agreed to send someone to clean the condo. The floors were just the beginning though. The furniture was coming apart and cushions stained, the towels were stained, the bedding sheets had a blood stain, and the grout looked like it had never been cleaned. The Internet was so slow that 3G was faster and our computer wouldn't even pick it up. However the Navarre area is a great low key family friendly area close to many attractions.
Owner response:As an owner lucky enough to have a Vacation Resort on wonderful Navarre Beach, Florida, I take great pride in maintaining my unit so all of my guests have an enjoyable Vacation Experience. It pains me to know that a guest was dissatisfied; however I have to wonder how all of her complaints could be valid. It’s hard to see how these issues, especially the blood stained sheets, were not there the week before when I was personally in the unit, and the internet speed in which I also used my personal laptop and the speed was normal for cable internet (very very fast connection speed). I have, and will continue to, always go above and beyond for every one of my Vacationers. I must say, my review rating percentage is very high, which I am proud of as well; we work very hard to Keep our Condo at the highest standard. As we are all individual people, it is impossible to determine every Vacationers idea of what Outstanding, Fair. and Poor is. Finally, I truly appreciate my Vacationers and will continue providing them with the Finest Navarre Beach Fla Vacation Experience.

This place was perfect. I have 2 small (7&11) girls. We would take a block drive in the mornings so my girls could boogie board on the Gulf and then lunch time we head back to condo and then to pool or private beach/pier. The grounds were great! Pool clean. We had the best of both worlds and didnt want to come home! We ate at all 3 of the rest/bars at the beginging of the island that were great! Kid friendly. We cruised to Pensacola for a day to "Joe Patti" and we all loved that! I would recomennd this condo to any of my friends/family. We hope to return again. A lovely time we had.

my wife & i had a very nice week at ted's condo. it has a surprising amount of room for a 1 bedroom unit; it actually has the space of a 2 room place. it was comfortable, spacious, and had everything that a place should offer. the beach was just a short walk, and was convenient to many things. ted & bella were excellent hosts, and we recommend this place to anyone looking for a convenient, affordable place to stay!

Overall we had a wonderful stay at this property. The condo was clean and the furniture is in good condition. The kitchen is equipt very nicely. The private fishing pier was a favorite. Every day we spent at least an hour admiring the beautiful sound and fishing from the pier. We are happy to recommend Ted and Bella's beach property.

We spent a week at Ted and Bella's condo the last week of February and had a great time! The condo was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Ted and Bella thought are everything a person would need for a vacation. We loved Navarre Beach and know why it's called "Florida's Best Kept Secret!" My kids and I had a great time in Navarre thanks to Ted and Bella. We had everything we needed to make our stay wonderful. The view and sounds of the ocean really made it tough to leave and can't wait to get back to the area. For anybody concerned about this place being on the 3rd floor, there is an elevator and carts provided to help make your move in much easier. The place is just like you see in the pics but after seeing the rest of the views, you won't want to leave. The neighbors were friendly and the whole complex was well taken care of. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and look forward to staying here again. Thanks again Ted and Bella....you have both been wonderful and thank you for the everlasting memories!

My stay at this property was wonderful. The property was well maintained and clean. I would recommend this to anyone who wanted time in Navarre. The only problem I had was that the people who lived downstairs had a small child and they complained on the last day that I walked to loudly. The photos reflected the property well and I was very comfortable with the local restraunts and the people in Navarre were great. Thanks I will come back again. Trisha Springstead RN MS

We stayed here for our honeymoon in October 2011. We had a great time. The condo is in a great location. Its near the beach and some really fun restaurants, and just a quick drive to destin and pensacola. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay ( towels, dishes, ect.) We had no problem checking in or checking out. It was perfect for a quiet get-away and just close enough to the " The Beach Monkey" if we wanted a night out. Highly recommend this condo and we will definately be back!! The owners are very friendly and helped us with any questions we had.

We decided to find a place to go unwind for some rest and relaxation during fall break and Navarre, Fl was the perfect place to come for a weekend getaway. The condo was immaculate! It was super clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated. The kitchen was huge and even overlooked the inter-costal. There was a eat in bar and a table and the kitchen was fully equipt to make home made meals. In the mornings, we enjoyed drinking coffee on the balcony overlooking the beach. The king sized bed was so comfortable and we enjoyed watching tv before bed. Navarre is a quaint and quiet town. It was almost like we had a private island all to ourselves! The beach was so close to the condo and the water was crystal clear and beautiful. The sound was steps away from the condo and we spent an entire day soaking up the sun. The condo had an assortment of beach chairs that we were able to enjoy. There were also two bikes that we rode in the mornings. We also enjoyed lunch under the peaceful gazebo which also had amazing views of the inter-coastal and two grills that were open for anyone staying at the condo. At sunset, we walked along the pier and took pictures and chatted with other visitors that were catching fish. The condo was in such a great location. We were able to spend time in Destin and Pensacola. In Destin, we took a sunset cruise and even saw dolphins that came right up to our boat! In Pensacola we ate ice cream at the boardwalk and listened to live music at the restaurants. Thanks again Ted for such an accommodating stay. I would highly recommend this condo to all of my friends. We are grateful that we were able to book with you!

This was our first trip to Navarre Beach. Between the two of us, my wife and I have seen a lot of beaches, but this is our new favorite. We loved the relative seclusion... not a lot of people on beach... but conveniently located to Pensacola, Destin, and pretty much everything you need is just across bridge. Condo was great! Very comfortable. Pool was nice. Bikes were a lot of fun... we rode all the way to Pensacola one day. (Though these bikes are really better for shorter trips.... 30 miles is a little tough on the sitting part of anatomy. We found everything as described (even better), clean, well appointed. Ted was great! We had a little problem finding rental office (I forgot address), but called Ted and he sent us right to it. It was nice having rental office just down street; we needed something faxed and the folks at Century 21 were glad to help. Things to do/see: Peglegs on Pensacola Beach, Eastbay Crab House were nice seafood restaurants, reasonably prices. Must see Navy Air Museum and Blue Angels. Great fun! We'll be back.

Well, all the glowing reviews were 100% accurate. This condo is much better than the pictures and the descriptions. We loved it and hated to leave. We will definitely be back and have already recommended it to family and friends as the ONLY place you need to go in Florida. We were fortunate enough to be there when the Blue Angels were training! How exciting to be able to see them again and visit the bigger, better Naval Museum ~ for free! What a terrific vacation. Century 21 office staff were great and we are so blessed to have found this place!!! Thanks Ted and Bella for sharing with us!

We chose this unit again this year for our summer vacation. This is our second time in Ted's unit. We will be back next summer, too! This area is safe, secure, and very quiet! The unit was in perfect condition and extremely clean and tidy. The location is very convenient to the ocean and the bay. In fact, we say that the bay is in the "front yard" and the ocean is in the "backyard." The balcony is a wonderful added bonus. It is very private with a view of the ocean, bay, and the pool! the pool is always clean and well-maintained. The kitchen is stocked with everything needed to prepare a meal if one desires to stay in, or the unit is just minutes away to local restaurants for meals out. The living room and bedroom are spacious and comfortable. The bedroom also offers a large selection of books for reading enjoyment. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone who wants a true, restful beach vacation!

The condo was just as described. It was very clean and comfortable. Our family of four enjoyed our stay at the condo. We brought our boat with us and the condo had ample parking for the boat. There was also a washdown area for the boat at the condo which was very convenient. The free public boat launch was located down the road. The beach both on the sound side and the gulf side was goreous. We greatly enjoyed our stay. Thanks!

We were happily surprised by the cleanliness and decor of the condo. The location is perfect as the beach is accessible in five minutes. The many amenities including pools, bikes, and beach paraphernalia are a welcome addition to an already comfortable dwelling. Thanks for the time we spent in your home away from home. We plan to return next year and enjoy the time away from the hustle and bustle of the area. The bird and turtle sanctuary is only minutes west and is worth the effort.

Ted, thank you for a wonderful "mini" vacation! The condo was wonderful. It is so bright and cheerful and so spacious feeling. It was, as others have said, even better than advertised. The whole complex is lovely and so well kept up and the condo itself was sparkling clean and had everything that we needed to enjoy our time there. One of the things that we noticed was how quiet the area is; we frequently had the pool and the fishing pier to ourselves. Thank you, too, for your good advice when we needed to locate things like seafood markets. We have recommended your condo to others and we are already trying to find a time that we can visit again.

Summary: Description as advertised: Very Accurate Condition of property on arrival: Excellent & very clean. Cleanliness of entire complex: Excellent Relative Location: Very good. Lots close by. Accessibility: Excellent, with handicapped ramps/parking, and stairs/elevator to all floors. There are also rolling carts by the elevator, provided free of charge for guests. (We unloaded our entire car in 1 load, using one cart + elevator.) Noteworthy: Great internet speed (~1.4MBytes/sec, wireless, private), nice kitchen w/lots of dishes & cookware, private pier. Would Recommend to: Any adults or families (especially couples) seeking a peaceful beach vacation with all the amenities of home. Details: My girlfriend and I set out to find an affordable, peak-season condo to rent for a week in Florida. We wanted to be close to the beach, but not in the "party zone" with rowdy people running around all night. We came across this condo, the price was right and it looked like a beautiful place from the photos, so I gave the owner (Ted) a call to line it up. He was very courteous and well-spoken on the phone, and wasted no time giving me the details about the place and its surrounding attractions. We booked for 5 days. I informed his rental agents at Century 21 that we would be arriving after-hours. No sweat. They had the keys waiting for us at a drop-box in front of their office, right down the street from the condo. When we got to Sunset Harbor, everything was as described in Ted's photos/description. The place is really attractive and cozy. We found ourselves spending lots of time out on the covered balcony, enjoying the constant breeze. Being that it was pretty hot during our stay, we opted to just drive to the beach, rather than use the provided bicycles. There were plenty of beach access parking lots all down the main highway, the closest of which was only about a 1-minute drive from the condo. The beach there was clean and beautiful, and so was the water. We ended up going almost every day. Surprisingly, it was not crowded at all during any of our visits. Sometimes, there were only a few other people there for our entire outings; most were mature couples, or families with younger children. Everyone that we met during our stay there was really friendly. We couldn't ask for a nicer landlord. Ted went out of his way to make sure everything went well for us, and we will surely be returning once we find the time!

My second time here. Spacious one bedroom top floor unit. Close enough to the elevator, but stairs even closer. Washer, dryer, real kitchen with breakfast bar and a dining table too!. Nice views. Near the National Seashore on Navarre Beach. Close enough to grocery (Publix, across the free Navarre bridge) and gas stations, far from the crowds. Drive through the national park, see what Florida was before developements. Drive over to Gulf Breeze and have dinner at the Agean Breeze 913 Gulf Breeze Pkwy...you'll be glad you did! Very nice owner as well. Thanks again Ted!

We had the Best vacation over there. The description was right - everything is very good. The property is well-maintained, clean and comfortable. The owners are so frendly and helpful. We brough oninflatable boat and used it on bay, we cought a lot of fish, cooked it and ate it. Delicious!!! We kept our boat right on the beach and did not worry about it. The place is so safely. Weather in May is so good, not too hot, but very warm. And it so nice to use both beaches - on bay and on golf. We will recommend it for our friends for sure.

My friends and I had stayed at this condo over the weekend and had a really good time fishing at the private pier next to the condo complex. The pier goes out into the bay and has several things that will make fishing very easy and relaxing such as rod holders, benches and a cutting board with running water to clean & fillet your fish. We caught quite a few different kinds of fish including croakers, black bass, sunfish, pinfish, eel, catfish and sting rays. You can also catch blue crab if you have a crab cage that you can throw right off the pier and leave it there over night. No one will touch it. The condo itself was very roomy and had plenty of kitchenware to cook your catch. We ended up baking our fish in the oven and it came out very tasty. Not a lot of hotels have a full kitchen, so this was definitely a nice bonus.

I was searching franticaly for a place to stay near the beach, with somewhere I can cook for my 2 year old twins! Then I found Tom and Bella condo, I called Ted back and he really hooked it up. It was easy and affordable. We were on a budget, but we sure did grill everynight in the PRIVATE grilling area! Hardly anyone was there and we had the PRIVATE beach all to ourselves! We literally saw a bullhead stingray and DOLPHINS!!! It was great being on the Santa Rosa side, it was calm and inviting, and my twins loved it. Then we would take a 5 minute walk and bam we were at the Gulf!! The beds were comfy and the back porch was great!!! Loved the PRIVATE pool only used by the people in the condo! My kids wanted to ride the glass elevator more than anything. It was a short drive to free attractions like Blue Angels practice and Fort Pickens. Great time, will be back!!!

I recently stayed at this condo for 6 nights. It was described as a luxury unit and it isn't. It is a well worn rental unit. It does have a good location and a nice patio where one can get a view of the Gulf between buildings. It doesn't have a full bath but a three quarter bath. The shower was spotted with mildew. The towels were old and thin. There were 3 wash cloths all of which were stained and thin. The kitchen tiles and grout weren't very clean and I found a dirty frying pan and a rusty baking sheet in the cabinets. After one night, we decided to go out rather than cook in the kitchen. There are some very nice units in Navarre and if you can afford them, I would look elsewhere.
Owner response:I am sorry your stay was not enjoyable and my unit was not what you had expected. As my past Travel Reviews show, I try to provide an enjoyable Vacation Experience to all of My Guests. Navarre Beach is a wonderful area to spend a vacation and I hope you return soon.

We stayed at Ted's condo for two weeks starting March 26 after spending a week in Orlando with our two daughters and their families at a house in a gated community. The reason I mention this is our experience renting the condo, picking up the keys after hours at Century 21 and communicating with Ted far exceeded the experience in Orlando. The condo was exactly like the pictures inside and out. The reason we rented this condo after perusing numerous websites was because we wanted somewhere that my husband could enjoy independently since he has MS. The condo was accessible except for the doorway going into the bathroom for my husband to get through with his walker. There is a roomy standup shower that he was able to navigate. There is an elevator making it easy for him to get down to the pier on his scooter to fish. (The paths are paved.) We thoroughly enjoyed fishing from the pier and watching sunsets and dolphins. We saw stingrays, I caught a sailcat, my husband had a HUGE red fish on his line but it broke and the last day we were there he caught an eel! I made use of the bikes Ted has available and unlike mine at home the seats were very comfortable. The pier is on the soundside with a nice little beach and I was able to walk about two blocks to get to the gulf to go shelling and watch the windsurfers glide on the waves. You can actually see the gulf from the balcony and at night hear the waves and the palm trees just outside. In fact you can see the gulf, sound and the pool from the balcony! We had everything we could possibly need including a nice selection of books from the bookshelf in the bedroom. We ate at the Beach Monkey, formerly Cocoderie. Publix and Winn Dixie were just over the causeway bridge and if you want to go for a walk there are paved walkways and bike paths almost the length of the island. We were able to go to the Naval Air Museum in Pensacola, about 24 miles west of Navarre Beach. The Blue Angels practice on Tuesdays and Wednesdays at 8:30 a.m. but unfortunately we missed them. Fort Walton and Destin are to the east but after being in Orlando we were content to relax and enjoy Ted's private little condo in the sun and forego the crowds. We are looking forward to visiting again if the condo is availabe when we will be able to get away. Thanks Ted.

The Condo owner, Ted and the staff at Century 21 were great. I was able to book the Condo with no hassle or hidden fees. Check-in was after 2pm on Sunday, therefore, Century 21 was closed. We had no problems locating keys and info for the Condo. The Condo is located on the Soundside, with the balcony facing the Gulf of Mexico. We spent most evenings on the balcony, listening to the wind and waves. It was such an inviting, sunny, yet totally relaxing place. The King bed was so comfortable. A couple of nights I opened the bedroom window just to listen to the sounds of the beach. I have Fibromyalgia, so, I have nights I don't sleep at all. I slept every night I was there. You have the best of everything at Navarre Beach. There's great restaurants, cool Tiki bars where volleyball games go on til the early hours, beautiful beaches and best of all, at the Condo, fall asleep to nothing but the sound of the wind and waves.

As soon as you walk into the condo you start to feel the stress just melt away. We enjoyed the chairs that was provide to sit on the beach. The bikes was so much fun. If your looking for a place to just unwind this is the place. Hope we can go back next year.

For my first time booking a condo, this was a wonderful experience! I booked it as a Mother-Daughter getaway as a gift to my mom for her mother's day/birthday gift and what a gift! The condo was lovely and my mom loved it! Also, the owner was so accommodating to work with, and as an Auburn University student, it was really cool to rent from one of Cam Newton's former grade school coaches! The only problem was that we wanted to stay longer! I plan on making this a tradition each year and this place will be the best for that! Every aspect of the condo is superb, from the view to the decorations to the fully stocked kitchen! Even better is the interesting placement of the condo, with being able to see the Gulf and the Sound! We really loved it and I plan to make it a family tradition with my mom and maybe one day with my own family! Thank you Ted and Bella for renting us this condo! It was a blessing and made my mom's first getaway so special! We'll be back! God Bless!

My husband and I had a wonderful time at Ted's place. We have traveled ALOT over the years, usually staying in hotels and resorts. We decided to try something new and rent off VRBO. What a treat! The owner has provided pretty much everything you need to enjoy the beach, make dinners at the condo if you choose, and lots of books to browse. Had I known about this, I would have brought less in my suitcase. There was even a bag of ice in the freezer, which we replaced when we left. Lots of towels were available, and there is a washer and dryer if you go through them all. It was a wonderful, relaxing experience that we hope to repeat in the future. In addition, the Southern hospitality of the owner is beyond compare. Wonderful people, wonderful experience. Many thanks to Ted and his wife!!

The condo and facilites were excellent. We were able to relax and unwind during our stay. The pier, the common area, and beautiful scenario just made this a perfect getaway for us. Had a last minute, short business trip to the area and am so glad I was able to make arrangements through the owner to stay at this condo! The owner was very prompt in responding and was extremely helpful! The condo is nicely decorated (cheerful) with a lovely balcony where you can look across the sand and some other units and see the water. The sunset was wonderful. Looking out through the kitchen window, you can see more sand, palm trees, and water. I somewhat felt like I was staying on an island. The king-sized bed was very soft and extremely comfortable, which was great upon arriving late and after a day of work on the following day. The location of the condo is great. It is peaceful, and it is a quick and easy drive to stores and food places. (Suggest eating at Vinni R's Italian.) Hope to visit the condo again when I can visit for leisure instead of work (and when the weather is warmer) to enjoy the other options here such as going for a bike ride, fishing, and walking along beach. Great condo, great price, great owner.

We enjoyed the location of this SUPER clean condo during our Christmas trip to Florida! The reviews mentioned how immaculate it was and we found that to be totally accurate. It was nice to have a well appointed kitchen and laundry facilities on site! Everything was in perfect working order. I enjoyed sitting on the covered patio in the mornings with coffee watching the sun come up. I would highly recommend this place to anyone staying in Navarre!

We were looking for a quiet beach to get away from the daily stress of work life and we found it here. The beach was beautiful and the condo was comfortable and clean. The condo had all the comforts and conveniences one would need for a short stay. We specially appreciated the use of the bikes, which were very fun to ride in the main long road of the island. Since we went on an off-season there wasn't an plethora of restaurants to choose from. I would imagine that in the summer there;s a lot more. Overall, a pleasant experience and we would definitely do it again

We cannot say enough about how nice this rental was!!! The home is beautiful! It has a very nice open floorplan and is bright and cheery. It is well decorated and was EXTREMELY clean. There is a large tile enclosed shower and king size bed. The balcony was great. Quite large and a nice spot to sip coffee or watch the sunset. We really enjoyed ourselves. Most rentals do not come with bicycles. This was a real bonus. There is a private fishing pier. We even caught a blue crab! We highly recommend staying here.

The condo was fabulous! Perfect location! Loved drinking coffee on the balcony and listening to the waves crashing on the gulf! Just a hop across the road to the most amazing, breathtaking, snow white beaches! October is our favorite time to go to Navarre- the weather is great! Warms up just right in the day for sunbathing and cool walks on the beach with sweaters in the evening! Loved having the washer and dryer! Kitchen had everything I needed. Giant king size bed was sooooo comfy that I had a hard time saying goodbye to my pillow in the morning! Juanas for breakfast- love it! They're sticky buns can't be beat! We had so much fun fishing on the pier! Seemed like everytime we cast out we reeled something in! Caught lots of trout, some sea robins, sailcats, lizard fish(scary)!!!! It was great fun. The pier is so nice and is well lighted in the evenings for night fishing. The grilling area is great, although we intended to use it- we ended up eating out at the most fabulous places. We made the trip for our 9th anniversary and it was the BEST! We will never go back to hotels on crowded Pensacola beach after this!!!! Loved the condo- so relaxing! It was perfect and you can tell the owners spend a great deal of thought into making it AMAZING! Thanks so much! We will be booking again for October 2011!!!!

This was a wonderful vacation condo. It is really comfortable and spacious. The living area is open and relaxing. The shower was a huge walk-in and the countertop had plenty of space for all my hair products and make-up. We loved having the washer and dryer in the condo. It was so convenient! The pool was so nice and clean. Overall, this condo is "OUTSTANDING." We plan on booking it in the future.

My husband and I enjoy our vacations in Florida for our time with each other. This condo was wonderful and very accommodating with lots of amenities. Ted was so helpful and wanted our stay to be perfect. I appreciate him checking on us and making sure everything was going well. The balcony was especially nice in the mornings for our morning coffe and our time to enjoy the sunrise. We especially liked the fact that Navarre is not crowded, but yet offered everything we needed. The beaches in Navarre are just beautiful and everyday the dolphins put on a show for us. We would recommend this condo to anyone. The bay and pier were great to walk down to and just enjoy the peace and tranquility and the sunset. Thank-you, Ted, for our memorable vacation.

We had a great time. Well maintained grounds is the first thing you notice upon arrival. Ted's condo is clean, well maintained and very comfortable. Can't say enough about the property pier and being able to walk the "sound". We meet several owners there and everyone was very friendly. Great pool area and very clean as well. If your looking for quite and peaceful, this is for you. Just across from the beach and down the street to the Navarre Pier and park. Make sure you take the drive over to Pensacola along the national sea shore. And last make sure to visit Joe Patti's seafood market in Pensacola for great fresh seafood of every type.
